Definitely a 5+!!! After contacting the company I received a phone call from Leo within minutes and scheduled an appointment. I chose the company based on the Yellow pages ad since it is a Liftmaster authorized dealer, has 24 hour emergency service and gives a senior discount. I loved that I got a confirmation of my appointment by email and was able to see that Leo was my repairman and read all his great reviews. Leo and his assistant Julian lived up to my expectations. They were polite, efficient, knowledgeable and patient with us. So far, so good!!! Feeling very confident that we will use Precision Garage Doors for any future needs and highly recommend Leo! Such a professional organization!!!

Leo Rosado just finished at our house. Our issue was hard to reproduce but he performed many diagnostics and explained to me everything he was looking for. He recommended several possible fixes for our problem and then left the decision up to me. He replaced a few components and it now seems as though things are working fine.

Great experience with my repair. The technician called en route to keep me apprised of his arrival time, evaluated the issue with the doors and suggested the required repairs and executed the work right away. Doors work like new now!

Requested same day service, my left side spring and cables snapped. Leo R came on-time (actually called to see if earlier worked since ahead of schedule), assessed the situation and gave me an upfront quote. Mentioned what needed immediate repairs and what could wait. Went with a full replacement of springs, cables and rollers. Extremely nice guy, and quality work. Would definitely use Precision again if ever needed.

Although there was a scheduling problem with the original technician (Travis got significantly delayed by another customer and could not get here in the scheduled time slot) the office was able to schedule Francisco for later the same day and he took care of my repair. On Sunday, June 28 Ricardo Clerigo was here to repair my garage door opener. Ricardo called 30 minutes before arriving, gave an approximate time he would arrive and was he at that time. He was courteous and professional and took the time to diagnose the issues and explained everything clearly to help me make an informed decision. I was originally going to get a second/third opinion but no need after the professionalism and service I received. I felt comfortable I was getting an honest opinion so Ricardo will be back in a few days to complete the install. Precision has a great business model, that is hire good honest people! I would not recommend any other company.
