A solid FIVE from the person answering the phone to the technician providing the service. I called and was able to get an appointment the very next day. The technician arrived on time and clearly explained what was involved in the service. He then did some quick trouble shooting on one of my doors not closing properly before performing maintenance. When he was finished, my garage doors were running quieter and smoother and my garage door opener was working. I would definitely recommend to my friends.

I was very pleased with the service Travis and his assistant gave me. He call ahead of arriving and came when he said he would. He was pleasant and professional and explained what needed to be done and what it would cost. I told him to go ahead and do the job and it was done quickly and neatly. Precision Door was great. They came the same day I called them to fix the door that had come off track due to a car backing into the door. They got the door back on track and fixed the track so the door opened smoothly.

The service guy was very professional and thorough. The repair was done superbly together with greasing and lubing done to the rest of garage door openers. The service person also proactively offered advice on how to keep the garage door openers well maintained and trouble free throughout the year. Had a great experience with Precision. My garage door broke on a Sunday evening. I emailed Precision that night and called first thing on Monday morning. They pulled up my email and sent a tech out that morning. The new door was installed in less than two weeks. Everything went smoothly. I love my new garage door!

Good Afternoon, I needed assistance in determining the condition of my garage door and all the noise and jams occurring. I decided to go to the Stamford Yellow Pages and found your advertisement. The first thing that caught my eye was your location. You listed a Stamford location. I kept looking at your ad and noticed other features for appointments. I called and the appt. was made so fast, the next morning. That seemed amazing to me. Travis called to notify me he was on the way. Right on time. We discussed the problem and decided it was about time the garage door be replaced. He took specs of the existing garage door. I looked through the book and found our original garage door was shown. This time in steel instead of wood. We picked an insulation and the style windows and color (white). He quoted me a price. I accepted. He called in the order. Hopefully I will receive the new garage door in 2-3 wks. Travis knows his stuff. He was polite, helpful, and very attentive to my needs. He assisted me with what I was looking for.
