Justin was 30 minutes early, called 15 minutes before he arrived, was professional, personable and efficient. He evaluated the door promptly and was clear about pricing. He also assessed and inspected the system and left it in excellent working order. It performed better than when originally installed! As a pilot,drug testing should be universal, particularly for those at the controls.

I liked about your openness on your same day service, back ground checks on your employees, commitment on the service. One of my garage door cables were broken and I saw your advertisement on the web and wanted to try your service. The technician was good and repaired it within an hour. I had a concern with the height/position of my safety sensors. Darren came back out(after having installed the new opener a few days before) and explained why it was placed where it is. Also, he changed the force pressure and assured me the sensor was ok. I truly appreciated him coming back out to address my concern.

I called after I received a coupon with the info on you in the mailer. That same day Brian arrived and replaced an old opener, a new pad and several remotes.
