I was extremely disappointed with the service. It needed a minor adjustment and the repairman all he did was show me the costs to replace the whole system which was several thousands of dollars I had to ask about just a standard service which was a few hundred dollars. If I didn’t ask I feel he would’ve tried to replace the whole motor which I don’t need I am a lawyer and this is tantamount to fraud or severe unethical business practices I will be contacting the state attorney generals office as well as leave reviews publicly so others can be aware of this potential scam by your company

Individual came to my house for a free quote after I submitted an inquiry in the website. He gave me the run down of the items and I was floored by the cost. Literally double what another local company quoted me. Once I told the technician to send me an email with the quote and I would think about it, he asked if I was familiar with the $70 service fee that I had to pay him. I said this wasn’t a service call, it was a quote and I would not pay a $70 service fee. The tech then said that if I purchased $100 or more from him he would waive the fee. As he is bartering for this fee, I got an email from the company with an invoice for $0.00 saying thank you. I then showed this to the tech and he said how weird that was then got in the van and left. I feel like they were trying to pull a fast one and pressure me into some kind of purchase. I wonder how many people fell for this.

Not what I consider a service call (no attempt to repair) Was told only that the garage door opener was old, and that he could install a new one for $1,000 (!) I said that was too much, and he said that although you offer less expensive ones, he only had that one on the truck. He said he would send an email with his recommendation, but the follow-up email I received was a 'no reply' email indicating "Please find your form from Precision Door Service attached below:" but there was no form! What was attached was a 2 page 'COVID-19 Home Experience Safety Checklist' Needless to say, I will NOT be using Precision!

The technician was extremely knowledgeable and helpful very honest, however pricing was a joke - very expensive. Second, when calling into your call center the person taking the call should have some knowledge of your issue and make suggestions on what might be the problem - also you should be able to use the coupon for any service call.

Your service is very fast and attentive which is appreciated. however I WAS NOT INITIALLY TOLD MY FULL OPTIONS AS TO PRICING OF NEW MOTORS AND THEREFORE DECIDED NOT TO SPEND THE MONEY AND RETAIN THE OLD WHICH LOOKS TERRIBLE.
