I was not familiar with this company but being that they were available on a weekend for emergency service, I figured why not try them. It turned out to be one of my best decisions. They were able send a technician out to our house within 2-3 hours from our call. The technician (Jesse) was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and made the required repairs very quickly. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone that is inquiring into any garage door repairs or opener installations.

Honestly I just wanted it fixed and they were available quickly. I liked that they use the right spring for the door. So as far as price I don’t know if it was good. Seemed reasonable to me but the work was done professionally and quickly. Person was very helpful and polite. Very happy with the job.

My neighbor recommended Precision to me when my garage door merely hummed and would not open/close the door. Jared was here on time, gave me a quote, and replaced the opener immediately. He checked all of my remotes and even my car to see if I had a button that could be used from my car to open the door. No one compares with Precision for anything garage door related, period. Honestly I don't even bother getting other quotes, everything about their service is 1) customer-focused, 2) first-class and 3) competitively priced. What other service business (in any industry) texts you when their person is on their way and gives you their bio, picture and ETA? Another example - there was another technician in the area with some time between jobs so he can over and helped my technician Jared (who was awesome!) - that's the sign of a well run company. I wish Doug the owner would buy out my cable company - they could learn a thing or two from him.
