The technician, Julian, was very professional. He was running late from other jobs and called 3 times to provide updates on his status. He arrived, assessed the problem, and repaired it quickly. All of the needed parts were readily available on his truck. He was very pleasant to speak with and very knowledgeable.

I went into my garage this morning to drive my daughter to school and my garage door would not open. After looking around, I realized one of the springs had broken and was not attached to the cable. I was able to open the door after releasing the cable. Brian and Matt were able to look at the door within hours of my phone call. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and fixed the door within an hour. I would refer Precision to anyone that needed garage door repair or service.

One of our garage doors snapped a spring. Called Precision after a previous positive experience with our other garage door.
