I called in the morning and within a few hours Joshua called and said he was on the way. He arrived promptly, looked at the problem with the garage door. He then let me know options. Once we decided he fixed it. He was very professional. We will use Precision again if we need to! We needed more than the springs replaced but I was only able to select one item.

Original installation was in 2020, and was done well. Needed a battery replacement and Precision was prompt in scheduling the appointment with a range of alternatives. Jeffrey B., the service tech was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend for new or repair work.

Yesterday I had Jeff come to fix a problem with my garage door.I have had many service people over my 37 years living here,but none have been as kind and caring as this young man.Very,very knowledgeable,fixed my problem in about 20 min,and never charged me. Doug,you are so lucky to have Jeff on your team. Plus,I received two calls,giving me a time that he would be at my house. Who does that anymore? Will recommend your company to everyone. Joshua came today for routine maintenance. Precision in Fairfield has amazing customer service to begin with and Joshua kept that standard going. My garage door spring snapped on a Saturday morning. I called Precision, spoke to a very helpful person who booked the service for that day. Jeffrey came out, explained what needed to be done and what it would cost, and handled the repair. I would definitely use him again.

Jeffrey B. & Precision is your answer to your garage door troubles. Jeffrey was courteous, through and really helpful stepping through my options to fix my garage door opener(s) issues. One day availability after I requested a free quote, courtesy corespondents when they arrive and completed 2 garage door replacements within 3 hours. Extremely happy with the results and experience. Just call them to make your worries go away….without the pressure…just professionalism. I wish all home repair was this positive.

Our garage door broke in the middle of the night. We knew right away we needed help. It wasn't something we could/should try fixing ourselves. We contacted Precision Door Service of Fairfield and immediately got an appointment the next morning.
