Both employees checked and provided info on the garage door spring failure so I was able to make a selection of the best fit option for us of three offered. This was a very good experience and I would recommend the company.

My technician who measured for the doors (Travis) is not only a terrific company representative... He is an exceptional communicator and has impeccable manners. Our technician, Leo, was very knowledgable and professional. I called as our opener was not functioning properly. He diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. He fixed it by adjusting the door opener but explained that the real problem was the wear and age of the rollers. While he had the door functioning again, he did suggest changing the rollers either now or in the future. He explained our two options - pay for just the service call as the adjustment to the opener required no materials or replace the rollers as well. We opted to change the rollers. He estimated the work to take about 1/2 hour and he was finished as he predicted. Overall, we were very happy with Leo's service.

I found Precision Door Service through the Value Pak mailer. Leo arrived on time, competently evaluated my problem and reviewed my service options. He performed the service efficiently and professionally. I appreciated how he answered all my questions, even ones about future services. Of particular note, I really liked the email appointment confirmation and the "get to know your Tech" photos.

Travis called me first thing in toe morning on the day he was coming for service and gave me an estimated time he would arrive at my house, he then called again to confirm his time and was on time. He was very professional. explained what was wrong with my system and what he was going to do to fix it. I felt that he respected my time and intelligence by explaining the problem and solution and what I can do from having the problem happen again. I have never used Precision Door Service before , But I would definitely recommend them...very professional.
