Brian phoned me before he arrived. He asked appropriate questions and spotted one problem immediately and stopped the movement of the garage door to assess further. A cable was so worn it looked like dental floss! He explained to me his goals to fix the door. He was courteous and detailed. I would highly recommend him. 5 star rating. He replaced rollers and cables. Checked for safety.

Travis diagnosed quickly the problem I called with and repaired it. He noticed a huge problem with our other door, it was almost unattached from the wall! He repaired it and all is in working order!

Francisco did a great job inspecting the door and explaining the options to repair a broken cable on my old garage door. He not only did a quick and good repair, he lubricated the rollers, making door better than before the cable broke. He was fast too, and neat. I felt the charge for the work was reasonable.

A year ago I contacted Precision based on the excellent reviews it received. Your technician Travis did an excellent repair job. Recently I had an issue different than a year ago. I was given same day service, and Travis once again fixed the problem. Precision Door has professionals at all levels form the staff who answer the phone and schedule the appointment to the technicians who are on time, polite, and knowledgeable.

I was having issues with my garage door opener, and I, like most folks, started to search on-line to find a repair person. My first two choices kept “bankers hours” and could not help me after work or on the weekend. Next, I called Percussion Door; they promptly scheduled a Saturday appointment for me to perform the door repair. The service technician that came to perform the repair, was extremely contentious, and gave me several repair options for my problem door. We agreed upon a repair and my problem was fixed. I was very happy with my outcome, and will call Percussion Door in the future if the need arises.

We needed an emergency repair on our garage door. The office staff was very polite and efficient and promised to get a technician to us by the end of the day. Despite very bad weather, Travis arrived as scheduled. He was very thorough and very professional. He explained everything clearly, answered all questions, and did not leave until he was certain that not only the repair was done to full satisfaction, but that the entire system was working well.
