He was extremely professional and personable. I felt comfortable having him in my home. Leonardo was our technician today. He has been to our house on other occasions to service our garage doors and I was glad to see a familiar face! He was polite, knowledgeable and quickly determined what the problem was and corrected it. He also tested all our doors and pointed out a weakness in one of our cables! He contacted me by phone to give me an ETA and made a follow up call when his prior job ran a little long. Service was EXCELLENT and I would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors. We were pleasantly surprised that when we called in the late afternoon, we were able to arrange a service visit for the next morning. We received two calls to update us about the arrival time. I had an emergency regarding my garage door later Friday afternoon . I called the company I had used in the past and they couldn’t come until Monday. Precision garage doors came out Saturday morning. My garage door would not open during a snow storm on a weekend. Precision was the only company to answer the phone. I read good things online about them so went with them. Carlos was my technician. He called twice to update me on his arrival time. He was very polite and friendly. He explained what was wrong and went over all my options. He performed the work quickly. Leo came by for a short while to help and was very friendly as well. The experience was as good as it could possibly be and I would not hesitate to use Precision again or recommend them to anyone.

He was totally professional and I could tell he knew what he was taking about. I had to select a service, even though I just got an estimate - you may want to fix the drop down menu.

I can not say enough about this service provider. I called Precision in a panic in the morning that my garage door came crashing down. The crash jolted the rails and I was not able to open the door at all and my car was stuck inside. They got someone out to the house promptly that day. Julian arrived and he was one of the most pleasant and knowledgeable people. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me several possible alternatives for correcting it. He worked diligently and with a smile for several hours in spite of the cold 30-degree temperature in the garage. The new garage door openers are now installed and working even better than before. I never knew an opening garage door could be so silent. Thank you Precision and especially to Julian.

Precision "tuned up" our three doors in May. In August, a near 20 year-old opener failed and Carlos came to examine and diagnose. We decided to install a new lift and the service was totally excellent. We watched the mechanic do everything and his performance and communications were friendly professional, capable and complete. He certainly represented his company very well and the opener sings along as it works.

I have to say I’m very pleased with the work Leo did! My 3 year old garage wouldn’t go up after the bolts came out of the wall. I wasn’t happy about this, especially with my home being a new build. My neighbor gave me a couple mail flyers she had and Precision was one of them. I didn’t know what to expect or how much it would cost, so I called and asked for a quote. They scheduled a technician to come out the next day. He was very professional by showing up when he said he would and by letting me know what he was going to do. After the repair he showed me what he did to remedy the problem and that made me happy. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone. Thank you!
