Service provided was excellent. Repairman knew the problem and was able to rectify and correct the difficulty that I was having opening the door. He installed a new motor, the old one was 24 years old. He worked quickly and the same day. He had all the supplies needed with him. He also replaced the original spring, which has rusted and was losing it's tensile strength. The service man was knowledgeable and neat. I appreciated being informed of his expected arrival as he proceeded through his work schedule for the day of my appointment.

Had the same 5-star service other people have experienced, which is why I selected Precision and am writing this review. Called late morning and was able to get same day service. Brian did the repairs, calling well ahead of the scheduled time to let me know a more exact arrival time than the original 4-hour window—then called again about 25 mins before to confirm. He did a thorough review, quoted the options, then immediately performed the repair as well as lubed/tightened/etc. Prices about what you would expect but really great service, happy to recommend.

Thrilled that technician called before scheduled time to give me an approximate time of arrival. He arrived at a few minutes early, was extremely courteous, and explained all aspects of what he was doing. Unfortunately, the problem was not with the garage door opener but due to lack of power (In condo where garage not attached to unit.) Would definitely use Precision again.

Francisco did a great job inspecting the door and explaining the options to repair a broken cable on my old garage door.
