My old garage door opener was broken and I wasn't sure whether it could be repaired, but was hoping so because budget was a big concern. Brian the technician was professional, very pleasant and super efficient! He didn't have the part on his truck, so he called the warehouse and they didn't have it either. Given that it was a very old part, and LiftMaster has been behind in restocking old parts amid the pandemic, he suggested replacing the motor, sensors and keypad using the existing chain system. It was a more affordable solution than upgrading to an entirely new system. He didn't have the right motor in his truck, so he called and found a colleague nearby who had one and delivered one right away so Brian could get the work done. Very happy with the service.

The technician, Leo, was very knowledgeable and got the door to operate normally. If it works like this for a while I'll be very happy. If not I will contact you again. He replaced the rollers and some circuit boards inside the motor housing. He also showed me how to connect my external remotes.

Spring broke on our 60 yr old garage door and trapped our cars inside. I called for service and was accommodated same day. Soner arrived and got garage door opened and I removed our cars. Not surprised the cost to repair the old door mechanics was costly and ordered a new door on the spot. Soner was very helpful, professional, and complied with CDC virus guidelines!
