My garage door lock jammed on Sunday. I was able to get an appointment for a service call the next day. Mike was thoughtful, courteous and knowledgeable. He showed me the problem and explained the solution. He replaced the lock very quickly. I am delighted with his work and so happy to get my car out of the locked garage!

We choose Precision due to their online reputation, which they live up to. We rate them a 5 out of 5. Technician Brian B replaced our broken springs and pulleys and got the door working well again, and then also replaced the door opener when it unexpectedly failed. All was done correctly, professionally, and quickly. Their pricing is fair and market-comparable. We would definitely use them again, and strongly recommend the company overall and Brian specifically.

Brian was the Installer who came to my home, Was having issue with the signal range for the garage. You had to be right on top to get the door to respond to opening/closing from the car or keypad. Brian was able to resolve the issue quickly as well greased and adjust the belts on the door. This was done without me asking. He just noticed that it needed the adjustment. One of the best service calls that I ever had. They are my preferred vendor of choice for garage assistance. Brian was great!!

Service provided was excellent. Repairman knew the problem and was able to rectify and correct the difficulty that I was having opening the door. He installed a new motor, the old one was 24 years old. He worked quickly and the same day. He had all the supplies needed with him. He also replaced the original spring, which has rusted and was losing it's tensile strength. The service man was knowledgeable and neat. I appreciated being informed of his expected arrival as he proceeded through his work schedule for the day of my appointment.

We had our garage door repaired by Francisco. He was very professional, helpful, and polite. It only took him a half hour to fix what was broken and he did a great job! Had the same 5-star service other people have experienced, which is why I selected Precision and am writing this review. Called late morning and was able to get same day service. Brian did the repairs, calling well ahead of the scheduled time to let me know a more exact arrival time than the original 4-hour window—then called again about 25 mins before to confirm. He did a thorough review, quoted the options, then immediately performed the repair as well as lubed/tightened/etc. Prices about what you would expect but really great service, happy to recommend.

Thrilled that technician called before scheduled time to give me an approximate time of arrival. He arrived at a few minutes early, was extremely courteous, and explained all aspects of what he was doing. Unfortunately, the problem was not with the garage door opener but due to lack of power (In condo where garage not attached to unit.) Would definitely use Precision again.

Brian phoned me before he arrived. He asked appropriate questions and spotted one problem immediately and stopped the movement of the garage door to assess further. A cable was so worn it looked like dental floss! He explained to me his goals to fix the door. He was courteous and detailed. I would highly recommend him. 5 star rating. He replaced rollers and cables. Checked for safety.
