Everyone was very professional and very thorough! Monica was my sales representative and she was very thorough and such a pleasure to work with! Julian and Mike did the installation today and they were both wonderful as well! I love the new garage door and I highly recommend Precision Door is you’re looking to replace your garage door! Great selection of designs as well!

Jeffery did a great job replacing the springs and cables on our garage doors. He was friendly and courteous, explained what we needed to be repaired and gave us 3 options to choose from. I read about Precision Garage Door in my local Facebook Neighbors' Group. I'm so glad that I did. Josh was very professional, diagnosed our problem and installed a new opener for us in just a couple of hours. He told us our existing motor was burnt out and no longer in production. My husband fact-checked this and Josh was 100% correct (and trustworthy). Very happy with our result. Highly recommend.

I have used Precision several times now and they always send the most pleasant and polite service people. This week, Jeffrey Barrales came at 6PM on a Friday--I was informed that he would be running toward the end of my window--and when he arrived he was so pleasant and helpful and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I appreciated his good spirits even at the end of what I'm sure was a long day. I will used Precision again and will recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Brilliant service. Very responsive and helpful. We couldn't open the garage door to get the car out. They came out the same day, within a few hours and had all the parts to complete the job including installing a new light which we hadn't requested on the original phone call. The technician, Jeffery Barrales, went above and beyond helping to set up the App, setting the garage door openers on 3 different cars and explaining all the work that had been done, even though it was late in the day. An excellent service carried out by an experienced and super nice/helpful person.

This company is AWESOME!!! From the convenience of making the appointment, the awesome tech “Leo”, paying process etc was super easy and there was no stress at all. I love that the van was stocked with the items needed to complete the project that Leo was working on at my home so there was no need to schedule another visit. The text that gives you an alert that that the tech is on their way was so cool because it had a picture of the tech and a bio which I found to be pretty awesome. Leo came to my door with a big smile and an enthusiastic hello. He listen carefully to what was going on with my garage door and walked me through what he felt I should do. There was no pressure or awkward moments. Leo completed the job, cleaned up, and gave me a little lesson on my new motor. I highly recommend this company and I am so happy I found them. I plan on replacing the motor in my other garage door next year and will definitely as for Leo. Great job Leo and Precision Garage Door Service. I plan on spreading the word on how awesome you are!!!
