Requested same day service, my left side spring and cables snapped. Leo R came on-time (actually called to see if earlier worked since ahead of schedule), assessed the situation and gave me an upfront quote. Mentioned what needed immediate repairs and what could wait. Went with a full replacement of springs, cables and rollers. Extremely nice guy, and quality work. Would definitely use Precision again if ever needed.

Service was super fast. I could have had it same day but I scheduled for the following day. Rick called prior to let me know he was on his way and showed up right on time. Rick took his time explaining the repair situation to me in an easy to understand manor and provided several options from minimal repair to full door replacement. I opted to go somewhere in the middle and the garage door was secured and put back into great working order. Took the time to show me all of the work and demonstrate door while pointing out the repairs. All this was done for less then I expected to pay. Great experience and won't hesitate to call these guys again!!

Roberto Clerigo was the technician. He phoned to tell me he would be a bit late. Showed up as promised. He was polite, diagnosed the problem and fixed it efficiently. Also helped out on a broken wireless opener which he replaced. Good job.

Precision Door Service is the best service I have found. They have maintained and repaired my over-sized and very heavy wooden double garage door for 2 years now. My garage door's motor was very old and not working. When I called that service, they sent a repair man to come to my house on the same day. I thought the service was super and quick. I asked if they have the brand of LiftMaster as best quality and safety features for my two cats and they said yes. The repair man did show up well and replaced the new one. I am very satisfied with their excellent service.

5 star rating. The company that installed and repaired my garage door did not perform to my satisfaction last time: no show one time and then unable to make appt. because the workman left his tools at another job. Precision verified appt date/time by email with a picture of the repairman expected to do the work. He was on time and a pleasure to work with. The door opener was fixed quickly. He did bring to my attention a frayed cable and even though I did have the additional work done there was no "hard sell" to do the work.

Rick & Ray not only installed a gorgeous door , but raised the height on their own so our vehicle trunk don't hit anymore . It was so nice of them love our new Door!
