My garage door's motor was very old and not working. When I called that service, they sent a repair man to come to my house on the same day. I thought the service was super and quick. I asked if they have the brand of LiftMaster as best quality and safety features for my two cats and they said yes. The repair man did show up well and replaced the new one. I am very satisfied with their excellent service.

5 star rating. The company that installed and repaired my garage door did not perform to my satisfaction last time: no show one time and then unable to make appt. because the workman left his tools at another job. Precision verified appt date/time by email with a picture of the repairman expected to do the work. He was on time and a pleasure to work with. The door opener was fixed quickly. He did bring to my attention a frayed cable and even though I did have the additional work done there was no "hard sell" to do the work.

Although there was a scheduling problem with the original technician (Travis got significantly delayed by another customer and could not get here in the scheduled time slot) the office was able to schedule Francisco for later the same day and he took care of my repair. He was knowledgeable, polite, and carefully cleaned up after his work. I will recommend Precision to my neighbors and friends.

On Sunday, June 28 Ricardo Clerigo was here to repair my garage door opener. Ricardo called 30 minutes before arriving, gave an approximate time he would arrive and was he at that time. He was courteous and professional and took the time to diagnose the issues and explained everything clearly to help me make an informed decision. I was originally going to get a second/third opinion but no need after the professionalism and service I received. I felt comfortable I was getting an honest opinion so Ricardo will be back in a few days to complete the install. Precision has a great business model, that is hire good honest people! I would not recommend any other company.

He gave a thorough inspection of the door and opener and then explained exactly what was causing the issues I was having as well as the recommended solution. Precision Door Service is the best service I have found. They have maintained and repaired my over-sized and very heavy wooden double garage door for 2 years now.
