Really expensive, which lowers my score. But they did come out on a Saturday and they did replace the garage door springs in about an hour. Being able to create an online appointment was helpful compared to other companies I left phone messages with and they did not return my calls.

Service was professional and problem was fixed. My average rating is because I asked how much the service call was and the woman on the phone told me $69.00. I was charged $103.38 added fees were not explained to me.

Jeff was very pleasant and work accomplished quickly. However, feel cost of job was excessive. Did not question quote when presented since other options offered were simply out of price range for me. Checked parts on line, after the fact, Certainly appears I could have had two new springs for the price charged..

Service excellent! Prices are crazy high!! Carlos installed a new lift master garage door opener and new hardware on an almost 60 year old garage door. The door is nearly silent!! Excellent job. Precision Garage Door Service chose to charge me $2029 for this. I priced all the parts on line. $774 Even if I add the 3 hours of labor at $150/hr total is $1284. Even if I add $200 extra for them to stock the parts and run the repair truck gas secretaries office etc. total is still $1484. So overall I think I paid about $550 over a reasonable cost for the service.

In February 2018 I had a complete new door, opener and hardware instillation which I was very happy with. All the folks I dealt with were friendly, polite and courteous. However, I have had 2 episodes, one in March and one in early May, of a roller coming off track making it so the door couldn’t close. Prompt repairs were done both times but I couldn’t get a good explanation as to why it happened.
