Great Service!! Francisco was very professional and polite. He contacted me to verify what time he would be arriving. Upon arrival he inspected the garage door and fully explained the damage that needed to be repaired. He explained and offered the different options that I could choose from. Dear Mr. Bencsko We were very please with the prompt and very successful work done to free our car trapped in the garage when the overhead door rolled off its tracks and went on permanent vacation without any notice!! It was a pleasure to speak with Tina at the Brookfield, Ct number. She was sympathetic and very helpful regarding service and coupon options. It was nice to deal with professional customer service! Ricardo C. our serviceman, was quite amazing. He arrived on time, performed his diagnostics and clearly apprised me of all the options available for necessary work. I was impressed by his professional demeanor, exceptional courtesy and length and breadth of his technical knowledge. He clearly had a great deal of patience and quite definitely a sense of humor, since he had to deal with my persistent coupon questions. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and helpful very honest, however pricing was a joke - very expensive. Second, when calling into your call center the person taking the call should have some knowledge of your issue and make suggestions on what might be the problem - also you should be able to use the coupon for any service call.

Mr Potocki, Thank you for reviewing our business. I'm sorry you felt our pricing was high. We try to price our services and products competitively to the market. We normally are not going to be the lowest price company because it would require us to cut corners. We are fully insured, drug and background check all employees, drive fully stocked trucks to insure same day repair. These kind of things require investments that low cost providers don't always provide. Our call center is not staffed with garage door technicians so phone quotes are impossible. If you ask the customer service operator to get a tech to call back we are happy to do so but I still can't guarantee that we can quote you over the phone. Thank you again.for your feedback.

This has been one of the greatest services I have received at home. The technician was courteous, knowledgeable, explain with details the steps he will follow to complete the evaluation of the equipment and the steps to fix the problem. The technician is a quick worker and do not wastes time performing with excellence. I recommend this company 100%.

Our garage door spring broke over a weekend and when no one else answered on a Sunday, these guys did and made an appointment. By Tuesday, our garage door was operational again and Leo did a fast, friendly repair while explaining everything. We even needed a further adjustment after the repair and Leo came back out and took the 5 minutes to make the adjustment at no charge under their 90 Day Warranty. Thanks!

I called on a Sunday morning because the garage door would not close. Within about two hours the technician Justin showed up. He was PERFECT! One of the sensors had to be moved, which he did. He also noticed a loose bracket bolt and end piece which he fixed. I NEVER would have seen it. He lubricated some parts also. Here's the point. The company that did the install wouldn't come out, but Precision did. My wife's car had to be picked up in Westchester,and I was VERY stressed out. Precision REALLY helped me without excuses, or any attempt to sell me anything I didn't need. Absolutely perfect experience, and I greatly appreciate it.

We had frayed cables on our garage door, needed repair. I called Precision based on reviews I read. Happy to say everything I read was true. Great service. Emailed company at 7:00am. Received my first call at 8:30 from company rep.. Tech called about an hour and a half later. Polite professional. Called again after getting to house and checking out damaged cables etc....gave an estimate and after agreeing on what work needed to be done, completed job within a reasonable time.. He then called again. Went over billing etc....never expected job to be completed the same day. Very impressed. Tech was knowledgeable and never tried to up sell product. Got home from work and door has never worked better. When it is time to replace these doors, I will definitely call Precision and request Darren.

The weather was not great, and he arrived in a timely fashion and was very knowledgeable about the products and spent time reviewing options and then the operation of the door. Our Technician Travis was extremely helpful and courteous. He called prior to his arrival, and was on the early side of our service time window. Travis was professional but also personable and took the time to explain everything and what the pricing would be. We needed several different services and he accomplished all. He installed new sensors, installed and synced a new keypad, installed a new logic board to preserve my existing unit and even synced our existing remotes. Finally I have fully functional doors with a keypad. I was extremely satisfied with the entire process. Good work!
