Yes I had a great experience with Joshua and Precision.Showed up earlier than scheduled. He explained all of my options and walked me through what the issue was with my door and motor. I decided to have him go ahead and install the new motor option. I'm so happy I did. The price was a bit on the high side of the budget that I had in mind, but the end result was worth it. Joshua was meticulous and installed all of the components with attention to detail. I appreciated that. To also know that I can have Precision as my go to vendor was a nice perk. All in all I would recommend Joshua and Precision!

We got next day service to replace an old garage door opener that was working erratically. The installer was timely, very professional, and did an excellent job installing and taking us through the operating of the new opener.

A sprocket/gear broke on our 20 year old garage door opener. After discussing options with technician Ryan Murphy we opted to replace vs repair given the age of the unit. He had the new equipment on the truck and completed the installation in under 2 hours which included tuning, stabilizing and adjusting all components of the garage door. Great communication from my initial phone call to completed install. Ryan was fantastic! Highly recommend.

This was our first experience with precision garage door and it was exceptional. From the ease of booking an appointment to the timeliness of the service call to the communication process throughout- every step was seamless. We were given several options for the repair and purchases, making it feel that we could control the cost as much as possible while making an informed appropriate decision. Gafur, our technician was knowledgeable and professional. We are very happy with the now smooth and safe operation of the door. Thank you!

Ease in scheduling. The technician, Joshua Giron, arrived within the planned time frame and had texted prior to arrival. He was competent and willing to explain what was required to fix our garage door. He also discouraged us from purchasing unnecessary parts. All in all, an excellent experience. Thank you, Dr. K (Westport)

All communications were excellent. 24 hour turnaround on a big repair. Our technician, Joshua, was absolutely A list. Very clear in explaining the job ( a busted spring, with a lot of complications) and while the repair was more expensive than anticipated, it let us save by keeping our old door, and making it more functional. Highly recommended.

I was amazed how quickly, professionally, and efficiently Gafur did the repairs to the garage door. He showed me where the problem was, showed me the ways he could repair the problem, I chose the one that was most comfortable with and he completed the task in less than the time he quoted. Thank you !!!!

This is John Klein in Wilton and I'm happy to say that your Precision Garage Door Service company is one of the most efficient, well-run companies I've had the pleasure of dealing with in a very long time. The appointment was set up clearly and conveniently. The serviceman let me know exactly when he would arrive and kept me informed as to his progress. Upon arrival he quickly identified the problem and solved it within minutes. Something which had bugged me for months was handled in less than half an hour at a very reasonable price.

This is a real and honest review: Your guy, Joshua, was so good. Your company is so good. Same day service. Repaired what was necessary...didn't try to sell me anything. Josh is a super guy. He even set up my app and showed me how to use it. I will use this guy/company for sure if I ever need garage door service. I'm really satisfied.
