I was very pleased with the service Travis and his assistant gave me. He call ahead of arriving and came when he said he would. He was pleasant and professional and explained what needed to be done and what it would cost. I told him to go ahead and do the job and it was done quickly and neatly. I would recommend your company and Travis in particular.

Precision Door was great. They came the same day I called them to fix the door that had come off track due to a car backing into the door. They got the door back on track and fixed the track so the door opened smoothly.

We are happy to have called on Precision again to repair the unit they installed about ten years ago. Travis was great, on time, friendly and efficient. He even checked and made some small adjustments to our other non-broken garage door to be sure it was working smoothly without me prompting him to do so. Five stars!

Precision Door Service is always solid, have used them before and just moved into a new house where the opener didn't work. Called Precision and they showed up on time and installed a new opener with a keypad and two remotes in short order and for an excellent price. Going to need a new garage door and will definitely be using them. Highly recommended.

The technician Travis was extremely very good in what he does and very respectful too. He immediately was able to diagnose what the problem was and was able to give me the timetable of how long it will take for him to resolve the problem.
