Set up an appointment in under 24 hours. The scheduling and notification tools are impressive down to being able to track where the technician is once on route. When Jeffrey Barrales got here the trolley on my garage doors was replaced in a little over an hour. Fantastic work and super friendly service from Jeffrey.

The entire experience was first rate. Due to a garage door malfunction at a friend’s house where we are staying we had to search for a repair. We found your company on Google. From the initial call to scheduling a technician to being kept informed of the status of our situation I was delighted and surprised as we had no history with you nor any referrals from other customers. The technician was on time, courteous, professional and solved the problem. He gave us several options for resolving the issues but never pressured us to choose one. When my automatic garage door opener broke I was able to get a next day appointment with Precision. The tech, Joshua, diagnosed what caused my opener to break, and gave me several options to repair or replace, all of which would have fixed my garage door. I chose to replace, and Joshua offered several options for that route. We worked out the best deal in my budget, and then he had me up and running again in just a couple of hours. Joshua was professional, efficient, and courteous. I would recommend him and Precision to anyone.

I had a garage door opener along with a keypad installed in 2016. I have never had an issue with it. Just lately my keypad was not working and after changing the battery and it still not working, I decided to give Precision a call. They could not have been more accommodating and timely. Aleksei came out on time and was able to give a quick fix to my keypad. He was very polite and explained exactly what was wrong. I was impressed with their service in 2016 and I will continue to be a customer as well as refer friends and family to Precision. Thank you for your excellent service!

Aleksei was prompt and professional. The Murphy's law issue was so frustrating that we were prepared to replace the whole system but he diagnosed the problem immediately and adjusted the sensor and chain. He made sure that it worked properly and consistently before he left. No charge for this service!
