Garage Door of Fairfield County is highly professional. Kyle Kearney could not have been better. He was friendly, personable, and conveyed knowledge of everything having to do with garage openers. He explained the problem extremely well and solved our problem to our appreciative satisfaction. We liked also that all necessary equipment was carried in a remarkable graphically strong van. When my garage door wouldn’t open due to a snapped cable I contacted Precision. Within 2 hours Carlos arrived and identified my issue. He gave me a number of options and answered all my questions concerning the repairs without pressure to select one over the other. We agreed on the work and my garage was back operating shortly after. I am glad I called Precision and got Carlos and would not hesitate to do so again.

The experience was superb (and I don't use that word lightly). From the initial call-in to the very end, the Precision personnel were efficient, responsive, and courteous at all times.Under my particular circumstances in which we had guests visiting that night, I received a same-day 4 hour afternoon window for the repairman -- and he arrived within an hour of my call after calling me to alert me when he could be expected. Very impressive teamwork. The repairman fixed the problem in 20 minutes, start to finish. All in all, it was an excellent experience and relieved a lot of anxiety for me and my wife given the gusts coming later that day.

The service I received on a Sunday for a warranty claim made on Saturday was incredible. Most companies wouldn’t even receive the call until Monday. The technician was great and communicated about his expected arrival time so that I wasn’t trapped in the house all day waiting for the repair. Kudos to Precision Door for a great service experience. There’s no question I’ll recommend them.

I called to get a quote in my garage door repair. The technician Carlos showed up within the 3 hour time frame I was given and called ahead of time. He was very knowledgeable and helpful of all the repairs I needed. I also had to call the office after booking my appointment online because I realized the time I had chosen wouldn’t work. The lady who answered the phone was very friendly and we were able to work out a better time for the day I had chosen. Great customer service!

Since the owner was too lazy to put his email into his thank you letter, I do not think he was interested in my opinion. The workers were very nice BUT they left a mess in my garage when a broom was right in front of them and at least 6 nails on the garage floor where I could have run over them and gotten a flat tire.
