I was delighted to be able to book a service appointment for the next day online - without having to make a phone call! Jeff did a terrific job replacing the sensors on our (very old!) garage door openers. He tweaked the settings and also lubricated the rails and both doors work perfectly now. Called in the morning because of a broken cable. You were able to send a tech this morning.Jeffrey called and told me when he would be here and arrived on time. I asked him to check both doors. He explained that he would evaluate both doors, let me know what he found and then would explain the different packages. He was very knowledgeable and we discussed what he found and then showed me the packages. I chose what I thought was best for me and then he did the work. When he finished he showed me everything he did. I was very satisfied with all he did.Jeffrey was very courteous and professional. Thanks for your help.
