It was unfortunate that my garage door broke on a Sunday. From the first phone contact to the end service repair, my experience with Precision Garage Door was wonderful. I was instructed that the repair would take place within a specific 4-hour window of time and that the truck was fully stocked with materials to ensure the repair could be completed on the same day; and sure enough it was! The communication throughout was excellent. I received emails and texts with updates on when and who would arrive at my home to fix my garage door. Great experience. Thank you Precision Garage Door for a job well done!
