The tech, Joshua, diagnosed what caused my opener to break, and gave me several options to repair or replace, all of which would have fixed my garage door. The experience was superb (and I don't use that word lightly). From the initial call-in to the very end, the Precision personnel were efficient, responsive, and courteous at all times.Under my particular circumstances in which we had guests visiting that night, I received a same-day 4 hour afternoon window for the repairman -- and he arrived within an hour of my call after calling me to alert me when he could be expected. Very impressive teamwork. The repairman fixed the problem in 20 minutes, start to finish. All in all, it was an excellent experience and relieved a lot of anxiety for me and my wife given the gusts coming later that day.

Precision is the best! This is the second time they installed and/or repaired the garage in my property. The first one was Leo. He was great. He did a fantastic job of putting a brand new state of the art garage door and motor. The second was Joshua. He came in on time and fixed my wobbling garage door panel. He also advised me about the poor quality of the existing garage door (this is for another property where the garage door was installed by the builder) and recommended a better quality replacement. Joshua was friendly and knowledgeable.
