Travis was very polite and worked efficiently to fix our garage door. He was personable and took the time to explain what had happened and how he would go about fixing it. Also helpful that he left his business card right where I'll know to look for it in the future!

Installer was excellent: very efficient, very respectful, Cleaned up after himself. It was clear that he was very conmpetent and highly skilled. There were only two issues: 1. One of the opener pad butons was broken (this happens), and 2. The back-up batteries for the openers were missing. That said, another Technician returned the next day and repaired the button, and installed the batteries.

No specific reason for choosing Precision. They did respond quickly and were polite on the phone. Darren was excellent, knowledgable and helpful. I would probably use Precision again, even though I felt the cost was high for the amount of work done and the parts.

Fixed door well. My disappointment is that the company could not provide service quicker and we had to experience two days and two nights with a wide open garage door in the middle of winter.
