Precision was easier to deal with than most service providers. With about three clicks on a menu a person came on line and quickly confirmed the earliest appointment (next morning 10-2pm). Very competent serviceman arrived on time and performed a quick evaluation and cost of service quote. Repair was done fast and effectively, and he explained what he had done and what did not now have to be done. He explained how to align the photo beam which interrupts closing which has been troublesome. First time ever I received a text asking if there is any follow up question or issue. Bravo! As it happens there was a follow up problem and the office caused the serviceman to call me the next morning to deal with the problem. Double Bravo! My only reason to give 4 stars instead of 5 is that the cost was higher than I can rationalize. But such good service deserved a premium price.

You have an excellent operation. Especially like the way your staff keeps the customer informed until the job is complete. (However, it's not perfect -- my initial inquiry got lost and I had to call back to get things started again.) But keep up the high standards.

Aleksei did a good job. He was courteous and professional in discussing the problems and providing several alternatives. After he left we noticed that one of the panes of glass on the door was cracked.

Jeffrey Barrales, the technician, arrived on time and within 30 minutes of making the appointment. He was courteous and professional. I selected Precision as website indicated they had Saturday hours and could fix the problem today, which they did. The repair costs were a little on the pricey side but I would recommend them. Jeffrey did good work and explained everything as well as the cost prior to starting the work. He also explained everything that he did upon completing the work. Again, job well done! Should be five stars...but isn't. Sales/tech really good, pricing competitve, product fine, all good...unless you want to reach the sales tech. You have to call the office, listen to five minutes of their rendition stolen from a 1990 sitcom, then get a person who is ''connecting' you to the tech, which never works so after another 5 minute or more of 'Garage Ties" they come on to say they left a message for him. Your not allowed to call his cell...he isnt allowed to give it to you...i am assumign because the company doesnt want them moonlighting..however if the sales/tech peoplke are going to do that, this would never sotp them...it only makes it horribly inconvenient for the buyer/customer.

Service is excellent. The rep, Carlos, communicates clearly and coordinates and maintains contact well. However, I was given a window of 8am - noon and he didn't arrive until 11:50am -- and then did not have have the necessary equipment to complete the job. He has to return next week.

Very good service and fast. Tech was polite and professional and gave sound recommendations. He didn't have all the materials needed for the job so has to come back and schedule another visit but it was my second time using them and it all worked out again. Your tech Leo Rosado was a pleasure to do the job. The pricing was much higher than I expected but we will see how the parts wear. Kevin was great -- very courteous and professional. But your prices are high. He was here for an hour, made a couple minor adjustments to our garage door, which required no new parts, and the bill was $285.

The technician arrived within one hour of me making the appointment! The service was excellent and efficient. If I have one small gripe, it would be that it's clear you use a telephone answering service used, which wasn't very knowledgable. Once I was put through to your company the operator was also not very familiar with the Angie's list promotion and I had to explain it a few times. That said, to have the service booked and completed on the same day is pretty amazing.
