We were very please with the prompt and very successful work done to free our car trapped in the garage when the overhead door rolled off its tracks and went on permanent vacation without any notice!!

I was impressed by his professional demeanor, exceptional courtesy and length and breadth of his technical knowledge. He clearly had a great deal of patience and quite definitely a sense of humor, since he had to deal with my persistent coupon questions.
We were very impressed with our human interactions with your company and the excellent level of workmanship. The customer service level we received was about 15, on a scale of 1 to 10!
