Dear Mr. Bencsko We were very please with the prompt and very successful work done to free our car trapped in the garage when the overhead door rolled off its tracks and went on permanent vacation without any notice!! Ricardo C. our serviceman, was quite amazing. He arrived on time, performed his diagnostics and clearly apprised me of all the options available for necessary work. I was impressed by his professional demeanor, exceptional courtesy and length and breadth of his technical knowledge. He clearly had a great deal of patience and quite definitely a sense of humor, since he had to deal with my persistent coupon questions.
