I am very pleased by the visit and work completed by Aleksei Coss this morning on very short notice! We had returned from vacation yesterday to find that there had been a power surge or lightening strike on the power lines on our street causing chaos for many neighbors/home owners. In addition to having the transformer on our HVAC burned out, we found that we could not get into our garage. Aleksei arrived, checked circuit breakers, manually opened a garage door and found a garage circuit breaker which had tripped, probably as a result of the power surge. We are most pleased with his service, his explanations and his expertise. Thank you!

This was my first experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and I can highly recommend it! The online appointment sign-up was thorough and easy. They kept in touch via text and email to notify me they had received my request, when they would arrive and the name and credentials of the technician. The day of, they contacted me with their arrival time. The technician, Alexis, was polite and knowledgeable. He asked about my garage door problems, checked them himself and set to work to fix and do maintenance on both doors as requested. We were very satisfied with service we received. Thank you!

I had a garage door opener along with a keypad installed in 2016. I have never had an issue with it. Just lately my keypad was not working and after changing the battery and it still not working, I decided to give Precision a call. They could not have been more accommodating and timely. Aleksei came out on time and was able to give a quick fix to my keypad. He was very polite and explained exactly what was wrong. The Murphy's law issue was so frustrating that we were prepared to replace the whole system but he diagnosed the problem immediately and adjusted the sensor and chain. He made sure that it worked properly and consistently before he left. No charge for this service!

Great service - other service providers charge an upfront fee before any service is provided and some do not waive this when then providing the service. Precision waives the fee if $100+ repairs required. In this case only minor adjustments and application of lubricant required - did so at no charge! On my list of service providers to go to
