Our experience with Precision was great. Quick response, great communication. Kept us informed every step of the way literally than Technician Jessie arrived exactly on time and was great! Very professional, very nice, gave us all the information we needed to make a decision to move forward with the repair and we are glad we did. The original installers of our garage door couldn't even give us a day that they could do the repair. Got Precision on a Sunday, they were booked but to our house the next morning, Precision was fast and professional. Would use them again without hesitation, Highly recommend!!!

Should be five stars...but isn't. Sales/tech really good, pricing competitve, product fine, all good...unless you want to reach the sales tech. You have to call the office, listen to five minutes of their rendition stolen from a 1990 sitcom, then get a person who is ''connecting' you to the tech, which never works so after another 5 minute or more of 'Garage Ties" they come on to say they left a message for him. Your not allowed to call his cell...he isnt allowed to give it to you...i am assumign because the company doesnt want them moonlighting..however if the sales/tech peoplke are going to do that, this would never sotp them...it only makes it horribly inconvenient for the buyer/customer.
