Joey grew up in Brooklyn and currently resides in Mamaroneck with his three children. He previously attended John Jay University, where he studied criminal justice. Joey likes to help people, shown through his actions of donating food and literally giving the shirt off his back to a homeless man on a train. In his spare time, Joey likes to meditate, spend time with his family, and watch scary movies–his favorite is Wrong Turn!

My garage door wouldn't close because someone had back into it and deformed it enough so that one of the rollers came out of its track. Maybe I did that, myself. I had three options: 1. try to put the roller back into its track and push the deformed panel back into place. 2. buy a replacement panel; and 3 buy a whole new door. I opted for number 1, which proved to be entirely successful. It was also the lowest cost option. The servicemen were excellent and did a great job. I give them 100%, A+.

Joey was the technician who came out to diagnose a problem with my garage door opener. He was extremely polite, and courteous, and even offered to bring me coffee when he called with his eta! He arrived when he said he would, and took the time to evaluate the problem and offer a variety of options for repair/replacement. He was extremely thorough. Overall very pleased with the level of service.
