Precision installed a keypad for my garage door this morning. The installer arrived when he said he would, installed the keypad in about 10 minutes and the price was reasonable, which is rare nowadays. I was very happy with that.

Service was professional and problem was fixed. My average rating is because I asked how much the service call was and the woman on the phone told me $69.00. I was charged $103.38 added fees were not explained to me.

I am very pleased by the visit and work completed by Aleksei Coss this morning on very short notice! We had returned from vacation yesterday to find that there had been a power surge or lightening strike on the power lines on our street causing chaos for many neighbors/home owners. In addition to having the transformer on our HVAC burned out, we found that we could not get into our garage. Aleksei arrived, checked circuit breakers, manually opened a garage door and found a garage circuit breaker which had tripped, probably as a result of the power surge. We are most pleased with his service, his explanations and his expertise. Thank you!

I chose Precison because I previously used them. They are a pleasure to work with, from the office staff to the technicians. They are very responsive, knowledgeable and were able to replace my door opener on the first visit. They seem reasonably priced. I highly recommend them. A very positive experience!

After having used Precision Garage Doors Service some months ago for a different problem and having such a good experience, when a different (unrelated l) problem came up, I contacted them again and once again received quick, courteous, expert servicing of my garage door problem. They are definitely my go-to provider for any future garage door-related problems that might arise. I recommend them highly and without reservation.

The motor on our garage door went during a storm. Unfortunately, it raised the door before it went. The manual release was jammed. We called Precision and put in a service call. It was a Saturday afternoon. (Why do things only go on weekends or holidays?) Carlos got to our house in 20 minutes. He checked it out and said we needed a new motor. He got the release to work so we could close and lock the door. The garage is attached, so leaving it open was not an option. He came back the following week and replaced it in less than an hour. We could not be happier with the service. I'm sure the motor on our other garage door will probably go before too long. I will definitely call them again. Fast and courteous! I would highly reccomend them.

Individual came to my house for a free quote after I submitted an inquiry in the website. He gave me the run down of the items and I was floored by the cost. Literally double what another local company quoted me. Once I told the technician to send me an email with the quote and I would think about it, he asked if I was familiar with the $70 service fee that I had to pay him. I said this wasn’t a service call, it was a quote and I would not pay a $70 service fee. The tech then said that if I purchased $100 or more from him he would waive the fee. As he is bartering for this fee, I got an email from the company with an invoice for $0.00 saying thank you. I then showed this to the tech and he said how weird that was then got in the van and left. I feel like they were trying to pull a fast one and pressure me into some kind of purchase. I wonder how many people fell for this.

We were so very, very fortunate to have worked with Jeff Barrales. Jeff was warm, friendly, engaging, kind and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of our questions and provided us with direction for maintaining our garage door. There should be more people like Jeff in this world, he most definitely made a great impression of your company. We have no qualms recommending your company because of him.

Within a half hour of my email to Precision regarding issues opening and closing the garage door and my signing up for a service call, I recieved a text from Rob the service manager asking for more specifics to expedite fixing the problem. Communication was excellent - confirming the appointment date/time by emails and texts, and advising me the day of the appointment that the technician Carlos would be doing the work. Carlos texted and left a VM of his ETA and arrived punctually. He concisely explained what was needed, provided options, and immediately went to work. He did a fabulous job and the door now opens and closes like new! I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them for any future garage door issues.
