The motor on our garage door went during a storm. Unfortunately, it raised the door before it went. The manual release was jammed. We called Precision and put in a service call. It was a Saturday afternoon. (Why do things only go on weekends or holidays?) Carlos got to our house in 20 minutes. He checked it out and said we needed a new motor. He got the release to work so we could close and lock the door. The garage is attached, so leaving it open was not an option. He came back the following week and replaced it in less than an hour. We could not be happier with the service. I'm sure the motor on our other garage door will probably go before too long. I will definitely call them again. Fast and courteous! I would highly reccomend them.

Individual came to my house for a free quote after I submitted an inquiry in the website. He gave me the run down of the items and I was floored by the cost. Literally double what another local company quoted me. Once I told the technician to send me an email with the quote and I would think about it, he asked if I was familiar with the $70 service fee that I had to pay him. I said this wasn’t a service call, it was a quote and I would not pay a $70 service fee. The tech then said that if I purchased $100 or more from him he would waive the fee. As he is bartering for this fee, I got an email from the company with an invoice for $0.00 saying thank you. I then showed this to the tech and he said how weird that was then got in the van and left. I feel like they were trying to pull a fast one and pressure me into some kind of purchase. I wonder how many people fell for this.

Within a half hour of my email to Precision regarding issues opening and closing the garage door and my signing up for a service call, I recieved a text from Rob the service manager asking for more specifics to expedite fixing the problem. Communication was excellent - confirming the appointment date/time by emails and texts, and advising me the day of the appointment that the technician Carlos would be doing the work. Carlos texted and left a VM of his ETA and arrived punctually. He concisely explained what was needed, provided options, and immediately went to work. He did a fabulous job and the door now opens and closes like new! I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them for any future garage door issues.

Doug, we are very pleased with the prompt response from Precision. Your technician was able to determine the problem in short time and suggested contacting Chamberlain directly to let them know about the failure of the logic board since the unit was manufactured in March of 2021. After reviewing all information requested by the Chamberlain tech, she confirmed the problem and approved the free replacement of the logic board which will take about a week. Thank you again for your quick and generous response.

I have used Precision several times now and they always send the most pleasant and polite service people. This week, Jeffrey Barrales came at 6PM on a Friday--I was informed that he would be running toward the end of my window--and when he arrived he was so pleasant and helpful and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I appreciated his good spirits even at the end of what I'm sure was a long day. I will used Precision again and will recommend them to friends and neighbors.
