I had a garage door opener along with a keypad installed in 2016. I have never had an issue with it. Just lately my keypad was not working and after changing the battery and it still not working, I decided to give Precision a call. They could not have been more accommodating and timely. Aleksei came out on time and was able to give a quick fix to my keypad. He was very polite and explained exactly what was wrong. I was impressed with their service in 2016 and I will continue to be a customer as well as refer friends and family to Precision. Thank you for your excellent service!

The Murphy's law issue was so frustrating that we were prepared to replace the whole system but he diagnosed the problem immediately and adjusted the sensor and chain. He made sure that it worked properly and consistently before he left. No charge for this service!
