We had the best experience today. Leonardo called with estimated time of arrival. Once he got here, he was very patient to learn and work through our concerns with our garage doors/openers. He went above and beyond to find solutions and implemented them well. He also tuned up both garage systems and replaced parts to make sure they were both working to optimal capacity. We couldn’t be happier with today’s service. Thank you Leonardo!

I called to get a quote in my garage door repair. The technician Carlos showed up within the 3 hour time frame I was given and called ahead of time. He was very knowledgeable and helpful of all the repairs I needed. I also had to call the office after booking my appointment online because I realized the time I had chosen wouldn’t work. The lady who answered the phone was very friendly and we were able to work out a better time for the day I had chosen. Great customer service!

Since the owner was too lazy to put his email into his thank you letter, I do not think he was interested in my opinion. The workers were very nice BUT they left a mess in my garage when a broom was right in front of them and at least 6 nails on the garage floor where I could have run over them and gotten a flat tire. It was unfortunate that my garage door broke on a Sunday. From the first phone contact to the end service repair, my experience with Precision Garage Door was wonderful. I was instructed that the repair would take place within a specific 4-hour window of time and that the truck was fully stocked with materials to ensure the repair could be completed on the same day; and sure enough it was! The communication throughout was excellent. I received emails and texts with updates on when and who would arrive at my home to fix my garage door. Great experience. I was pleasantly surprised that the repairman, Jesse, came earlier than expected and he was very patient, courteous and professional.
