WE have used Precision before and were always happy and completely please with all aspects of the work. This time we had a broken spring on one door and minor problems with two other doors. I called in the morning and within a few hours Joshua called and said he was on the way. He arrived promptly, looked at the problem with the garage door. He then let me know options. Once we decided he fixed it. He was very professional. We will use Precision again if we need to! We needed more than the springs replaced but I was only able to select one item.

What an excellent experience, from making the appointment to completion of the work! I especially love the communication texts to confirm appointments, providing information on the employee (including a picture!) and sending updates and tracking on arrival. EVERY company should do this. And to top it off, the employee (Anthony) was super friendly and knowledgeable. It was nice they were able to come out the same day and quickly fix the issues. Technician was friendly and did a good job. However, in my opinion, the service was way over-priced.
