I read all the reviews on Precision and looked them up on BBB and was extremely happy with what I read. I called and within a couple of hours Joshua called me and told me he was on his way. I have used Precision several times now and they always send the most pleasant and polite service people. This week, Jeffrey Barrales came at 6PM on a Friday--I was informed that he would be running toward the end of my window--and when he arrived he was so pleasant and helpful and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I appreciated his good spirits even at the end of what I'm sure was a long day. I will used Precision again and will recommend them to friends and neighbors.

WE have used Precision before and were always happy and completely please with all aspects of the work. This time we had a broken spring on one door and minor problems with two other doors. Precision couldn't have been any better! I scheduled the call to come look at my garage doors early morning and they were at my home the same day. Carlos was incredible! What an excellent experience, from making the appointment to completion of the work! I especially love the communication texts to confirm appointments, providing information on the employee (including a picture!) and sending updates and tracking on arrival. EVERY company should do this. And to top it off, the employee (Anthony) was super friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with him there and the work he completed was excellent .Very impressed. Thank you so much! Would use this company again in a heartbeat ????.
