Had an issue with my garage door opener called Precision and it couldn’t have gone better. They kept me informed as to when the service technician was coming. Leo was great, extremely knowledgeable, and very personable he saw the problem gave me a couple of ways to fix it then did a great job taking care of it. While I appreciate you were open on Saturday and could schedule a service call on a Sunday, no one asked me when I scheduled the service call and I didn’t think to know that my doors are 9’ x 9’. I was informed on arrival that you don’t service doors more than 8’, so it turned out to be a waste of time and money. The service tech was kind enough to recommend a Liftmaster 893 Max to replace my current Liftmaster remote opener which is no longer working. He showed me one in his van, but apparently couldn’t or wouldn’t sell to me. So I’m ordering from Amazon.

My technician was Jared Wentzel and I couldn't be happier with his work. He was personable, knowledgeable, and very professional. He laid out a couple of options for what I wanted done, no pressure. He worked very efficiently and when he was finished I was very satisfied. You have an excellent employee in Jared. I would definitely recommend Precision Door. When I lived in NY I used your company a few years ago and had the same results with that tech. The NY work is why I called you as the first and only company to service my door.
