This was my first time using Precision and I was very impressed. Julie in customer service was so pleasant and helpful. She had a technician out the next day to repair the garage door. Tom the service technician was excellent and even got the other garage door working. He arrived in the expected timeframe and completed the work in a very timely manner. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I will definitely be a returning customer and highly recommend this company.

Today I used the Precision Overhead Garage Service for the first time and was very pleased. Service Techinician Leonardo Rosado called to say he was coming to service my garage door about 30 minutes prior to his arrival as had been promised by your phone representative. He quickly analyzed the problem and clearly communicated to me what needed to be done in a very professional manner. When he discovered an additional part needed to be added to the job raising the price he clearly communicated this to me also. The garage door is now working again and I am very pleased with your service. Mr. Rosado exceeded my expectations and is an asset to your company.

Had an issue with my garage door opener called Precision and it couldn’t have gone better. They kept me informed as to when the service technician was coming. While I appreciate you were open on Saturday and could schedule a service call on a Sunday, no one asked me when I scheduled the service call and I didn’t think to know that my doors are 9’ x 9’. I was informed on arrival that you don’t service doors more than 8’, so it turned out to be a waste of time and money. The service tech was kind enough to recommend a Liftmaster 893 Max to replace my current Liftmaster remote opener which is no longer working. He showed me one in his van, but apparently couldn’t or wouldn’t sell to me. So I’m ordering from Amazon.

My technician was Jared Wentzel and I couldn't be happier with his work. He was personable, knowledgeable, and very professional. He laid out a couple of options for what I wanted done, no pressure.
