I called Precision yesterday afternoon and they sent their technician, Leo, first thing this morning. Leo was courteous, wore an industrial mask and Lysoled every surface he touched. Most importantly, he fixed my garage door in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend this company. I called on a Thursday to have my garage door repair. They came to the house on Saturday to repair the door. Two things stand out; 1) the customer service is outstanding (they confirmed the appointment via text several times, and showed up on time) 2) the door was repaired with high quality products and works perfectly. Very impressed with this company. Well run, and the person that fixed the door was very professional.

I went on line looking for a garage repair service and saw Precision. I looked you up and read reviews and were impressed. I called around 8am for an appointment and received a text 8:31am that he was on his way. My technician name is Leonardo Rosado, such a nice person who explained everything to me. I felt very comfortable with him. He took time to explain everything and answered all my questions. Updated motor, key pads and sensors. This was the fastest appointment I ever had. Thank you.

My neighbor recommended Precision to me when my garage door merely hummed and would not open/close the door. Jared was here on time, gave me a quote, and replaced the opener immediately. He checked all of my remotes and even my car to see if I had a button that could be used from my car to open the door. I am very pleased with the work that he did and highly recommend Precision if you need garage door repairs.

No one compares with Precision for anything garage door related, period. Honestly I don't even bother getting other quotes, everything about their service is 1) customer-focused, 2) first-class and 3) competitively priced. What other service business (in any industry) texts you when their person is on their way and gives you their bio, picture and ETA? Another example - there was another technician in the area with some time between jobs so he can over and helped my technician Jared (who was awesome!) - that's the sign of a well run company. I wish Doug the owner would buy out my cable company - they could learn a thing or two from him.

Very quick and professional service. I called on a Saturday morning of a 3,day weekend with snow in the forecast. Tom responded to the call in less than an hour and had the snapped cable and partially tilted door repaired shortly afterward. An estimate was provided first and the repair went just as expected. The snow just started and all my cars are now in a warm garage. Other companies couldn’t come until Tuesday, I will always remember Precision and use them for all future service.
