Came home Wednesday night and garage door wouldn't open. A quick look showed a the least the main spring had snapped. Went online to book an appointment with Precision and the door was fixed by 10:30am the next day. Amazing service, fast with lots of communication and the ability to track where your service person is! Would very much recommend Precision to anyone looking for help with their garage door!

Precision installed a keypad for my garage door this morning. The installer arrived when he said he would, installed the keypad in about 10 minutes and the price was reasonable, which is rare nowadays. I was very happy with that.

I read about Precision Garage Door in my local Facebook Neighbors' Group. I'm so glad that I did. Josh was very professional, diagnosed our problem and installed a new opener for us in just a couple of hours. He told us our existing motor was burnt out and no longer in production. One of my garage doors wouldn’t go go down all the way. I had a coupon for Precision garage doors. When I called, they were very courteous and gave me an appt the next day. Joshua, my technician analyzed the problem, told me the cost based on the age of the door(very old) fixing the immediate problem, and the cost replacing more parts to upgrade system. I was extremely satisfied and recommend Precision highly!
