Your repair rep showed us a few samples of new doors and we selected one on the spot. I called on a Sunday morning because the garage door would not close. Within about two hours the technician Justin showed up. He was PERFECT! One of the sensors had to be moved, which he did. He also noticed a loose bracket bolt and end piece which he fixed. I NEVER would have seen it. He lubricated some parts also. Here's the point. The company that did the install wouldn't come out, but Precision did. My wife's car had to be picked up in Westchester,and I was VERY stressed out. Precision REALLY helped me without excuses, or any attempt to sell me anything I didn't need. Absolutely perfect experience, and I greatly appreciate it.

This is a new review for Joel who recently came by for a lubrication, and to check a noisy garage door. Joel even called to say he'd be a little late due to traffic, and then was right there. Feeling very good that I am a Precision customer! I had a new garage door opener installed in April, 2014. I have been thrilled with it ever since. Approximately 2 weeks ago, the remote stopped working. I followed all the instructions available about how to reset it but had no luck. I finally called Precision and they were able to send a technician the next day. Needless to say, Darren was able to fix the problem. I have never been disappointed with Precision!!

Well, DON'T I FEEL STUPID !! I am embarrassed to have to admit that the latest problem was my own fault--the door lock was ON !! MY APOLOGIES...for jumping the gun & assuming the worst. Justin came out here & showed me my mistake. Feel like the biggest fool EVER. Sorry also to Brian--thanks for your kindness & patience. To top it off--they gave me a free battery back-up!!!! Precision Door Service is always solid, have used them before and just moved into a new house where the opener didn't work. Called Precision and they showed up on time and installed a new opener with a keypad and two remotes in short order and for an excellent price. Going to need a new garage door and will definitely be using them. Highly recommended.

Justin called in advance, arrived promptly, identified the reason why the cable snapped (rather than just replacing the cable), and got everything fixed in under a half-hour.
