I found Precision on the Internet. Everyone's comments were so positive, that I thought I would give it a try. I cannot tell you enough how satisfied I am with their service! I called about a repair and to get an estimate on two new garage doors. Darren was the service person who came and he assessed the situation very quickly. Instead of trying to up sell me, he gave me an honest assessment and went about doing only work that was necessary. Needless to say, I did not need new garage doors and he was honest enough to let me know that. I will absolutely recommend Precision and use them in the future!

Justin was 30 minutes early, called 15 minutes before he arrived, was professional, personable and efficient. He evaluated the door promptly and was clear about pricing. He also assessed and inspected the system and left it in excellent working order. It performed better than when originally installed! As a pilot,drug testing should be universal, particularly for those at the controls.

We found Precision on the Internet, read the reviews, and after speaking with a few other companies we decided to give Precision a try. Our decision was also based on the professionalism and knowledge of the customer service associate I spoke to. I now regret not taking down her name as she was extremely helpful. Bottom line, we are very pleased with our decision. Travis Thornton was the service technician who serviced our door and showed us the same courtesy, professionalism, and knowledge we first experienced over the phone. I would most definitely call Precision again should we need them in the future, and we highly recommend their services. Thanks Precision for a well done and affordable job.

Darren was very nice and installed a new motor, sensors and main switch in under an hour. More than I expected to spend, however the unit is over 20 years old. Overall I was very satisfied. Same day service!

When he arrived, I explained to him what I did to repair the internals of the garage door opener and that I wanted him to set and calibrate the chain. He quoted me the price and fixed it. Travis called 15 minutes before arriving. He was professional, courteous, and pleasant. He cleaned the rails and replaced the rollers ver quickly. At my request, he looked at the opener mechanism. It is beginning to show signs of wear but may last one year, he advised. My door and opener were installed in 1987. Travis is a knowledgable technician. Excellent service.

Justin arrived during the time frame scheduled. He called before he arrived. I really appreciated the fact that Precision had sent the technicianâ??s name and photo, so I was sure that I was dealing with your representative. Justin quickly identified the problem and installed a new circuit board but found the new board did not work correctly. He made arrangements to return the next day with a new circuit board. In fact, he returned later that night â?? after 6:30 P.M. â?? with the new circuit board explaining that the schedule for the following day was full and he didnâ??t want me to have to wait any longer for the repair. I really appreciated his professionalism and attention to our needs.

although PGD is fast and courteous I am always very surprised at the quotes I am given for new equipment and the amounts I am charged for service. For instance, a service person quoted $700.00 for a new motor for one opener..on the web the replacement motor for my unit costs @ 72.00 USD. Not sure why any motor would cost $700.00. In the end PGD is a professional operation but one I will no longer use them due to the very high prices they charge.

Our garage door openers range in price from 399 to 949 dollars installed. Obviously they range in price because they range in features. Openers that have battery backup, motion sensing wall control panels, timer to close etc will cost more. With that being said I still want you to be happy with your purchase.
