I'm pleased to write a very positive report about Darron's work. He first diagnosed the problem - a burned out motor on the garage opener in one bay. He said the solution was a new motor and then described the costs and features of two different models. I chose the model with a built-in battery backup. He installed that model, installed an exterior door opener, and then provided two hand-held openers, one for each of our autombiles. All told, he did excellent work, leaving two very satisfied customers behind, namely me and my wife. Bravo, Darren!

I was not at the house during the repair, but my mother's caretaker reports that the Darren O. was on time and he worked efficiently. I checked the work yesterday and saw that the doors now work well with the remotes. We were very pleased both with the work and the cost. We will call Precision Door again with future needs. The entire experience, from the initial phone call to set up the appointment, to the service call, through the follow up was excellent. Travis was great. He explained the problem, outlined the various options for fixing it, and installed our new door opener in record time. He was professional and courteous. He's a fantastic asset to your company. It is very seldom that a company delivers on its service commitment in this manner. If I could give you six stars, I would.
