Our installation of a new garage door opener was very satisfactory. The service technician, Travis, called about 1-1/2 hours before his arrival to give me a more precise time. The weather was not great, and he arrived in a timely fashion and was very knowledgeable about the products and spent time reviewing options and then the operation of the door. I would highly recommend Precision for any garage door needs.

Our Technician Travis was extremely helpful and courteous. He called prior to his arrival, and was on the early side of our service time window. Travis was professional but also personable and took the time to explain everything and what the pricing would be. We needed several different services and he accomplished all. He installed new sensors, installed and synced a new keypad, installed a new logic board to preserve my existing unit and even synced our existing remotes. Finally I have fully functional doors with a keypad. I was extremely satisfied with the entire process. Good work!

Leo did a great job fixing and explaining the repair. I felt confident in the work he did. My only complaint is the cost was more than I was expecting, but I guess I didn't realize the extent of the repairs necessary to get the door back in working order.

Travis was very polite and business-like. He suggested we get a second remote, which we would keep in the house, so that if the keypad on the garage didn't work and the car was in the garage with the remote inside it, we would have one always inside. And he prepared a remote for us. Thank you.

Leo R. inspected the garage rails, motors and sensors, tested for potential problems and offered different solutions. I ended up replacing the entire system (motor, rail and sensor). The door new system is working great and I'd like to continue working with Leo for next appointment. There is one charge that I think should have been waived after replacing the entire system which is the visit fee.

Travis repaired both of my doors which had stopped moving up or down. He replaced several parts that were either old or damaged. He did a fantastic job and did it quickly and neatly, and to my complete satisfaction. The doors now work as good as new, and if I need any other repair or maintenance work, I would very much like to have Travis here again.

Definitely recommend these guys. We had Travis as our service tech...very knowledgeable, came in the late afternoon, stayed for several hours, preventing him from attending a xmas party. We really appreciated it...kept us in the loop during the entire experience. Our spring coil had snapped on our 500 lb. door. When the opener attempted to open it ...burnt it right out...The original door opener was installed in 1977...so definitely due

Initially I thought we needed a new garage door opener. When Leo arrived to do some maintenance on the doors he explained that the root cause was actually weak springs. Leo replaced the springs, fixed our existing safety eyes and the door (and opener) now works perfectly well. Leo knows his stuff and he took the time to explain the system to me. He is a real gentleman.

I chose Precision to repair two garage doors after researching several companies on the internet. My decision was heavily weighted on customer reviews. The customer service representative was able to accommodate my schedule and followed up with a confirmation email. My technician, Leo R, called 1 hour prior to my scheduled appointment to confirm that he would be here as scheduled. Leo was very professional and efficient. After completing a safety inspection he gave me several options and recommendations for the required repairs. One door required a new door opener and the other required a door re-build kit. Leo said the work would take approximately 2 hours to complete. He had all the parts required for the job in his truck, and completed the job (including clean-up) within the estimated time frame. Both doors operate smoothly and are much quieter. I would definitely call Precision for future work, and I highly recommend this company.
