Also knowing ahead of time of the person coming to your home is a nice touch. Will definitely refer family and friends to Precision.

After purchasing my new home, I found out the existing garage doors had issues. I have a very busy schedule and do not have the time to call multiple places and get multiple estimates so, I did a google search and found Precision online. Their website is one of the best I've seen. After reading about them and the reviews, I decided to give them a try. The service technician they sent(sorry I forgot his name) was wonderful. He took the time to show me all that was wrong with the existing doors and what would be necessary to repair them. After deciding it would not be worth repairing 17 year old doors, I asked them to give me an estimate on replacing both doors and motors. The price was a little more than I was expecting but I had them replace both doors, motors, tracks, keypads - the whole thing including their lifetime warranty. The doors were installed 2 weeks later by another technician who was just as great as the first person. After a few weeks of use, I can say I am very satisfied! I give this company 5 stars. The only thing that could be improved would be the "emergency" customer service. My doors were installed on a Saturday afternoon and the installer did not realize he plugged one of the motors into a switched outlet so when I turned off the lights in the garage, the motor stopped working(I figured it out myself the following day). But, I called the emergency service phone on Saturday evening explaining that my doors were just installed a few hours ago and one of them does not work and the service rep(who also was very nice and tried to contact a manager for me)explained that a technician would not be able to come out until Monday. After spending the amount of money that I did and the fact that I am a new customer, I thought that someone would try and get a technician back to my house that evening or on Sunday to check out the door that was not working. Other than that, I am very pleased so far with the technicians & installers and the nice rep who answered the phone.(Shared Review)
