My technician called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Justin arrived & was very friendly & knowledgeable. He immediately knew what was wrong with my garage door, and did not try to up-sell me in any way. I had no idea my garage doors could operate so smooth and quietly!! I am thoroughly impressed with Precision Doors, and will use them for any service on my garage doors and openers in the future. I wish I had called them years ago!! although PGD is fast and courteous I am always very surprised at the quotes I am given for new equipment and the amounts I am charged for service. For instance, a service person quoted $700.00 for a new motor for one opener..on the web the replacement motor for my unit costs @ 72.00 USD. Not sure why any motor would cost $700.00. In the end PGD is a professional operation but one I will no longer use them due to the very high prices they charge.

My garage door system was old and in need of repair. I found Precision Door on Google and took the risk calling them. Thank goodness I did. Their technician, Travis, was excellent. He explained what was wrong with my system and provided options to upgrade/repair it. He did the work expertly and quickly and we now have garage doors that work perfectly and are MUCH quieter. I chose Precision after waiting numerous weeks for an insufficient response from a competitor. A quick online search led me to Precision, and I was able to make an appointment for the very next day. Darren was able to fix my very old door opener and provide me with new remotes. Previous to this, I could only open the door by nosing the front of my car up to the door itself! Now the door functions perfectly!

the motor on the garage door opener was 16 years old and it just stoped working, therefore it ment either replacing it or open the garage door by hand. Needless to say we chose a new garage door motor and the young man named Justin installed it. When I checked my manuel that came with the old garage door opener I realized It was back in 1996 when that was installed. Good Job Justin. thank you Arlene and Jim Pugliatti
