Upon calling to report a problem with our garage door opener keyless entry pad, we were able to schedule a service appointment very quickly. The technician contacted us a half hour before arriving to tell us he was on the way, and arrived exactly on time. He was very friendly, informative and efficient, and resolved the issue with a new keypad. We are very happy with this service, as well as previous services we have had, and will most certainly recommend Precision Garage Door of Fairfield to all of our friends and neighbors.

The cable on our garage door broke and dislodged the door in the shut position looking both of our cars in the garage. I contacted Precision and the technician was at our front door 2 hours later. Matt Lawrence fixed the problem in no time and could not have been nicer. He was professional, polite, and personable.

My boyfriend back into the garage door and then tried to open it. It was a disaster. I called Precision this morning frsntic and a tech was at my home within 2 hours. Jeffrey Barrales came and took him time fixing my garage door. He explained everything that needed to be done. He even lubricated my 2nd door which was a little noisy. He was pleasant and the cost was much less than I initially expected. I'm very satisfied and would recommend this company. I would definitely use them again.

I had a garage door opener along with a keypad installed in 2016. I have never had an issue with it. Just lately my keypad was not working and after changing the battery and it still not working, I decided to give Precision a call. They could not have been more accommodating and timely. Aleksei came out on time and was able to give a quick fix to my keypad. He was very polite and explained exactly what was wrong. I was impressed with their service in 2016 and I will continue to be a customer as well as refer friends and family to Precision. Thank you for your excellent service!

Aleksei was prompt and professional. The Murphy's law issue was so frustrating that we were prepared to replace the whole system but he diagnosed the problem immediately and adjusted the sensor and chain. He made sure that it worked properly and consistently before he left. No charge for this service!

Jeff was very pleasant and work accomplished quickly. However, feel cost of job was excessive. Did not question quote when presented since other options offered were simply out of price range for me. Checked parts on line, after the fact, Certainly appears I could have had two new springs for the price charged..
