Our garage door broke a spring at 9AM on Saturday; a repairman was on site at 2:00 the same day. The technician, Carlos, was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable and outlined a number of repair options. The work was completed quickly and he was done in less than an hour. Can't say I was pleased to have our garage door break, but Carlos made it as easy as possible. Thank you, Carlos! Highly, highly recommend these guys.

When my automatic garage door opener broke I was able to get a next day appointment with Precision. The tech, Joshua, diagnosed what caused my opener to break, and gave me several options to repair or replace, all of which would have fixed my garage door. I chose to replace, and Joshua offered several options for that route. We worked out the best deal in my budget, and then he had me up and running again in just a couple of hours. Joshua was professional, efficient, and courteous. I would recommend him and Precision to anyone.

Our garage door had malfunctioned and we were unable to get our car out. Precision fielded our call with a competent human being (Liz), politely explained capabilities and got us on their repair schedule for the next AM. Carlos Ortiz arrived on time and examined the door, promised we’d get things operational quickly that day, clearly explained options for repair (just enough, good, better, best), and then cheerfully and professionally performed the work. Whatever we’d chosen to do, he had the parts on the truck. He left our garage cleaner than he found it. We’ll use Precision again.

Jeffrey B. & Precision is your answer to your garage door troubles. Jeffrey was courteous, through and really helpful stepping through my options to fix my garage door opener(s) issues. One day availability after I requested a free quote, courtesy corespondents when they arrive and completed 2 garage door replacements within 3 hours. Extremely happy with the results and experience. I was lucky enough to have Jeffrey Barrales as my Service Technician. What a knowledgeable, professional, and friendly gentleman. He assessed my issue and presented me several options for repair. Once I made a decision, he went to work and within an hour my door was operating like new. The entire experience was first rate. Due to a garage door malfunction at a friend’s house where we are staying we had to search for a repair. We found your company on Google.
