The technician Sonny was very friendly and professional. He explains all of options available to us. His demeaner was calm and relax which made my wife and I feel no pressure to buy. To bad he is not an installer to come back and do the installation. Very nice person!

Folks over at Precision Overhead Garage are the best. THey had me scheduled within a day of me calling and Julian Villamor my service tech was outstanding. Explained everything to me, dint try and sell me on additional parts, diagnosed the problem, fixed it quickly. Highly recommend Precision and Julian!

Great service. Moderately upsold but frankly I needed it. Great technician (Sonny, who has a rescue dog) who could play the part of Alan Arkin as a young man. Serviced the other door and got both cars working both doors. Prompt. Clean. Polite. Hearty recco. Dirt dirt cheap, no, but good value in my view. Would use again but hopefully won't need to!

Not what I consider a service call (no attempt to repair) Was told only that the garage door opener was old, and that he could install a new one for $1,000 (!) I said that was too much, and he said that although you offer less expensive ones, he only had that one on the truck. He said he would send an email with his recommendation, but the follow-up email I received was a 'no reply' email indicating "Please find your form from Precision Door Service attached below:" but there was no form! What was attached was a 2 page 'COVID-19 Home Experience Safety Checklist' Needless to say, I will NOT be using Precision!

I had my garage door installed by Precision 5 years ago, and had a spring malfunction late in the evening this week. I appreciate that the call center is open 24/7, and that they were able to send out a repairman the next day. And, it was covered under the warranty. I highly recommend their company.

Spring broke on our 60 yr old garage door and trapped our cars inside. I called for service and was accommodated same day. Soner arrived and got garage door opened and I removed our cars. Not surprised the cost to repair the old door mechanics was costly and ordered a new door on the spot. Soner was very helpful, professional, and complied with CDC virus guidelines!
