When I called to make an appointment, the woman was so nice and actually followed up with phone calls letting me know the technician was running late on a job but was still coming. I so appreciated that! The technician (Julian Villamor) called to let me know he was on his way and thanked me for my patience. He arrived and was professional, happy, and gave advice on my other garage door that also needs work. I will DEFINATELY be calling back!

On Friday, a cable broke upon closing the garage door. I called Precision and Kelly was most helpful getting a technician scheduled as soon as possible. An appointment was scheduled for the next day Saturday. They kept me updated regarding when the technician would arrive. Carlos arrived and was very pleasant. He checked the operating system and told me that unfortunately a lot of the hardware was showing lots of wear and tear. Of course the estimate to fix everything was much higher than I expected (an unforeseen expense). He offered me a "senior" discount which I qualified and it brought down the cost. He replaced what was needed and then made sure I was satisfied. Very happy with the service and VERY pleased with Carlos. Just wished because I was a return customer that a "loyalty" discount could have been offered as well.

Was able to arrange same day service. Carlos arrived early in the window and explained the problem (excessive use) and the solution which amounted to the replacement of worn major parts ie spring, cable, bearings etc. and restored functionality. Thoroughly impressed. Would highly recommend if given the opportunity.

Got fabulous service from your technician Soner Erol, a very nice young man. He arrived on schedule, diagnosed the problem with my overhead door .. and quickly fixed it. I did not even have to ask whether it was covered by warranty. He immediately volunteered that my warranty meant that I owed no money for the service.

I was not familiar with this company but being that they were available on a weekend for emergency service, I figured why not try them. It turned out to be one of my best decisions. They were able send a technician out to our house within 2-3 hours from our call. The technician (Jesse) was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and made the required repairs very quickly. Two young fella's were here to install a new battery for the overhead door. While here they fixed another problem that I had with the door closing when the sun was shinning on it. The laser lights near the floor were out of alignment. They were really nice young men. Of course I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs help with their overhead door.

I called Precision Door on Monday 11/9 and was given an appointment for the following morning. I was updated by text about my appointment and who would be coming to my house. Today, Tuesday 11/10 Mike Manning and another Mike came to my house at the time scheduled. They were both extremely kind and very professional & knowledgeable. I was told what was wrong and given an estimate for the work needed. I found the price to be very reasonable and told them to go ahead and do the job. They completed the work in an hour and explained everything to me. I would recommend Precision Door to anyone and thanks again Mike & Mike!!!
