I am new to the area and called Precision because of the rating they had online. I was impressed by the customer service right from the first call. They were professional and followed up by email and text for the appointment. The technician arrived in time and was extremely friendly and professional. The technician, Julian, was very professional. He was running late from other jobs and called 3 times to provide updates on his status. He arrived, assessed the problem, and repaired it quickly. All of the needed parts were readily available on his truck. He was very pleasant to speak with and very knowledgeable.

Precision "tuned up" our three doors in May. In August, a near 20 year-old opener failed and Carlos came to examine and diagnose. We decided to install a new lift and the service was totally excellent. We watched the mechanic do everything and his performance and communications were friendly professional, capable and complete. He certainly represented his company very well and the opener sings along as it works.

I have to say I’m very pleased with the work Leo did! My 3 year old garage wouldn’t go up after the bolts came out of the wall. I wasn’t happy about this, especially with my home being a new build. My neighbor gave me a couple mail flyers she had and Precision was one of them. I didn’t know what to expect or how much it would cost, so I called and asked for a quote. They scheduled a technician to come out the next day. He was very professional by showing up when he said he would and by letting me know what he was going to do. After the repair he showed me what he did to remedy the problem and that made me happy. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone. Thank you!
