In February 2018 I had a complete new door, opener and hardware instillation which I was very happy with. All the folks I dealt with were friendly, polite and courteous. However, I have had 2 episodes, one in March and one in early May, of a roller coming off track making it so the door couldn’t close. Prompt repairs were done both times but I couldn’t get a good explanation as to why it happened.

My garage door lock jammed on Sunday. I was able to get an appointment for a service call the next day. Mike was thoughtful, courteous and knowledgeable. He showed me the problem and explained the solution. He replaced the lock very quickly. I am delighted with his work and so happy to get my car out of the locked garage!

Upon listening to my concerns and checking the condition of the garage door components, made recommendations as to the options available. He answered all of my questions and didn't push the most expensive options as being the most necessary. Finished all the work in just over an hour and then walked me through all of the workings of the new opener and remotes. I would highly recommend Precision and Francisco!
