Brian and his assistant , Matt, arrived on time after staying in touch with two phone calls to me. Brian was very professional (and tall) and explained everything that he was doing in order for me to feel comfortable with the work that was being done. My garage door system is over 30 years old and a new spring that Brian suggested would not work in the system, so Brian reinstalled the old spring and installed a new bracket which seemed to solve the problem. The cost was reasonable and I appreciated Brian and Matt's comments and suggestions to quickly fix the problem.

I needed someone t look at my garage door opener. After a recent power failure my door opener did not work properly. The technician, Francisco Taveras, was extremely helpful. He was pleasant and very professional answering all of my questions and completely checked my door.

Great service! I called last night at 6:30 pm and Rick was here at 9:30 am today. Replaced the motor/operator switches, key pad, wiring and springs and was done by 12:00. Very polite.

Precision Door easily scheduled my repair appointment over the phone. The garage door technician, Ricardo Clerigo, called prior to his arrival and showed up on time as scheduled. Ricardo was polite and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed my garage door issues in short order and explained everything to me in terms I could understand. He explained what was going to be fixed and he did an overall checkup on the entire door, motor etc. Half an hour after Ricardo arrived he was done and the door is now working great. I will definitely be a Percision door customer going forward. I hope all of the technicians are as efficient, knowledgeable and courteous as Ricardo Clerigo.

Precision Overhead Garage Door is always prompt, polite, very pleasant and most importantly - they do good work!! They have maintained our very heavy oversized two car door, repaired it, and finally installed a new motor (door is 45 years old). They continue to maintain it so we don't have to buy a new door and we are very happy!

Your installers installed 2 new garage doors for me today. They were both professional in their manner and work. While one of the installers was obviously new to the job he displayed talent and willingness to learn. I had the opportunity to spend the day with the crew during the installation.The senior installer was very professional in his work and in his willingness to mentor the junior member of the team. The doors were installed, tested and the job site was perfectly cleaned up removing the old doors. Thanks for the good job!!

One of our garage doors snapped a spring. Called Precision after a previous positive experience with our other garage door. Ricardo C. arrived within 2 hours of placing the service call and had the spring replaced and door functioning again quickly. Rick Jones of Precision Door did a great job. My garage door is over sixty years old and had broken down. After emailing a request for an estimate, Rick came promptly, provided an estimate. He replaced and installed all the mechanical parts, including new cables, pulleys, safety cables, springs, and rollers, which is essentially a rebuild. The wooden garage door and metal tracks were in good condition and still usable. I was completely satisfied with the results, and impressed with the ease of handling paperwork and payment, which he processed on the spot with a mobile tablet. It was also a pleasure to work with Rick.
