I went into my garage this morning to drive my daughter to school and my garage door would not open. After looking around, I realized one of the springs had broken and was not attached to the cable. I was able to open the door after releasing the cable. Brian and Matt were able to look at the door within hours of my phone call. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and fixed the door within an hour. I would refer Precision to anyone that needed garage door repair or service.

Brian phoned me before he arrived. He asked appropriate questions and spotted one problem immediately and stopped the movement of the garage door to assess further. A cable was so worn it looked like dental floss! He explained to me his goals to fix the door. He was courteous and detailed. I would highly recommend him. 5 star rating.
