The service tech was wonderful. Though I was not pleased with the price, he explained everything ahead of time, and there were no surprises at the end. He was totally professional and and took care of everything in a timely manner. My only comment is that you say appointments are available at all hours, but i had to wait until Monday, and was given a 4 hour window from 1 PM to 5PM, with a half hour notice. That does not go with your ad on-line. As far as the service, very pleased with the gentleman who did did the repairs.

Carlos Ortiz was very professional and courteous! He explained the steps he was taking to install the overhead garage opener and asked if I had any concerns. When he finished he explained each function of the keypad and the remote controls. He is an excellent representative for your company.

The two technicians were outstanding. We asked for an examination of three doors and advice as to what maintenance might be needed or desirable. That was done by Brian (with Jacob's excellent asistance). The work was done in speedy and professional form and Precision may well be proud of these two employees. The total invoice was just under $800.00 as estimated. What we do not like is that labor and materials are not split apart on the invoice. Thus cables @ $99.00 looks high and a spring does not cost over $200.00. Invoices should show labor and materials so the customer gets the idea of the degree of difficulty or special skills training that are needed or used. A satisfied customer, but disagree with the way charges are presented.
