Great Service!! Francisco was very professional and polite. He contacted me to verify what time he would be arriving. Upon arrival he inspected the garage door and fully explained the damage that needed to be repaired. He explained and offered the different options that I could choose from. Travis was great- He called ahead of time to let me know exactly when he would be arriving. He came up with a creative solution to repair my existing door to avoid purchasing a new door and discovered a problem with the other door that was soon going to fail. Very satisfied.

Excellent service! The technician Leo Rosado was extremely nice, professional, and knowledgeable. He gave a thorough inspection of the door and opener and then explained exactly what was causing the issues I was having as well as the recommended solution. Dear Mr. Bencsko We were very please with the prompt and very successful work done to free our car trapped in the garage when the overhead door rolled off its tracks and went on permanent vacation without any notice!! It was a pleasure to speak with Tina at the Brookfield, Ct number. She was sympathetic and very helpful regarding service and coupon options. It was nice to deal with professional customer service! Ricardo C. our serviceman, was quite amazing. He arrived on time, performed his diagnostics and clearly apprised me of all the options available for necessary work. I was impressed by his professional demeanor, exceptional courtesy and length and breadth of his technical knowledge. He clearly had a great deal of patience and quite definitely a sense of humor, since he had to deal with my persistent coupon questions. We were very impressed with our human interactions with your company and the excellent level of workmanship. The customer service level we received was about 15, on a scale of 1 to 10! My technician who measured for the doors (Travis) is not only a terrific company representative... He is an exceptional communicator and has impeccable manners.
