Big Mike and Carlos (?) were on time and know their stuff. They are experts and worked very efficiently to get the job done. Both if them were very helpful and took the time to answer all my questions and get things connected to the remote in the car as well as explain the operating parameters of the system. They are very customer focused. If I could do more than a 5 star I would. I needed a new motor and electronics and they got the job done.

Francisco called and asked if he could come earlier than the scheduled afternoon appointment, which was appreciated. Upon listening to my concerns and checking the condition of the garage door components, made recommendations as to the options available. He answered all of my questions and didn't push the most expensive options as being the most necessary. Finished all the work in just over an hour and then walked me through all of the workings of the new opener and remotes. I would highly recommend Precision and Francisco!

We choose Precision due to their online reputation, which they live up to. We rate them a 5 out of 5. Technician Brian B replaced our broken springs and pulleys and got the door working well again, and then also replaced the door opener when it unexpectedly failed. All was done correctly, professionally, and quickly. Their pricing is fair and market-comparable. We would definitely use them again, and strongly recommend the company overall and Brian specifically.

Very informative website, competitive pricing. Greg, Julian and Leonardo did a great job with the door and opener installation. 5 star rating. The only issue was two cancelled installation dates by Precision Door before the job was done, somewhat inconvenient, but they discounted the total cost slightly and the opener was not on the truck with the door, leading to a return visit to install it. A 3 Star rating for the office/organizational side of things. All said I would recommend Precision Door to other people.

5 star, no doubt. My technician, Brian, was professional and answered all my questions. He told me beforehand what was wrong and then fined it. I've been a homeowner for over 40 years and Brian was the best repairman for any household issue I've ever dealt with. The price was fair and the service was super!!!

Definitely a 5+!!! After contacting the company I received a phone call from Leo within minutes and scheduled an appointment. I chose the company based on the Yellow pages ad since it is a Liftmaster authorized dealer, has 24 hour emergency service and gives a senior discount. I loved that I got a confirmation of my appointment by email and was able to see that Leo was my repairman and read all his great reviews. Leo and his assistant Julian lived up to my expectations. They were polite, efficient, knowledgeable and patient with us. So far, so good!!! Feeling very confident that we will use Precision Garage Doors for any future needs and highly recommend Leo! Brian was the Installer who came to my home, Was having issue with the signal range for the garage. You had to be right on top to get the door to respond to opening/closing from the car or keypad. Brian was able to resolve the issue quickly as well greased and adjust the belts on the door. This was done without me asking. He just noticed that it needed the adjustment. One of the best service calls that I ever had. They are my preferred vendor of choice for garage assistance. Brian was great!!

Excellent service at a fair price. Brian called me to give me a heads up he was coming, and even asked if I wanted a coffee because he was stopping for one on the way! Once he arrived and inspected the door, he gave me several options, one "short term" to get it working, and one more long term, to increase the life of all of it. No pressure on either option, he just laid them both out and let me chose. Work was done quickly and explained once he was done. I highly recommend Brian and the whole Precision team.
