Requested same day service, my left side spring and cables snapped. Leo R came on-time (actually called to see if earlier worked since ahead of schedule), assessed the situation and gave me an upfront quote. Mentioned what needed immediate repairs and what could wait. Went with a full replacement of springs, cables and rollers. Extremely nice guy, and quality work. Would definitely use Precision again if ever needed.

Service was super fast. I could have had it same day but I scheduled for the following day. Rick called prior to let me know he was on his way and showed up right on time. Rick took his time explaining the repair situation to me in an easy to understand manor and provided several options from minimal repair to full door replacement. I opted to go somewhere in the middle and the garage door was secured and put back into great working order. Took the time to show me all of the work and demonstrate door while pointing out the repairs. All this was done for less then I expected to pay. Great experience and won't hesitate to call these guys again!!

I was having issues with my garage door opener, and I, like most folks, started to search on-line to find a repair person. My first two choices kept “bankers hours” and could not help me after work or on the weekend. Next, I called Percussion Door; they promptly scheduled a Saturday appointment for me to perform the door repair. The service technician that came to perform the repair, was extremely contentious, and gave me several repair options for my problem door. We agreed upon a repair and my problem was fixed. I was very happy with my outcome, and will call Percussion Door in the future if the need arises.
