This was my first experience with Precision Garage doors, as a general contractor dealing with many different subcontractors precision garage Doors was a pleasure. They were very professional, installation was done on the date they said and replaced panels that were dented from shipping without being asked. I would recommend and use them again.

They responded promptly and arrived when they said they would. The technician was very polite and definitely knew what he was doing and was efficient. He replaced the rollers and one broken bracket then tighted all the bolts and screws. The door works better than ever and it's even quieter. The price was also very reasonable and I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to my friends.

Darren arrived during the scheduled time range, and literally within seconds had figured out why our garage door opener would open but not close. It was the replacement electric eye I had tried replacing myself, he knew right away that model was not going to work with my garage door opener. He had the correct replacement equipment on his truck and was done and had everything working again in less than an hour.

Within 3 hours of calling the Precision technician arrived. He was knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue and clearly explained my options, their costs, and provided a point of view of the best solution to fit my needs. New openers were installed on the same visit, as Travis came prepared with a well stocked work truck. After the installation was complete I was walked through everything I needed to know and Travis even programmed the garage door buttons in our cars. He left the work site clean and was one of the most respectable and professional technicians that has ever worked on my home.
