All communications were excellent. 24 hour turnaround on a big repair. Our technician, Joshua, was absolutely A list. Very clear in explaining the job ( a busted spring, with a lot of complications) and while the repair was more expensive than anticipated, it let us save by keeping our old door, and making it more functional. Highly recommended.

Precision (Gafur specifically) was excellent. He let me know when he would arrive and updated me on his progress. When he arrived he was very personable and professional. My original call was to repair a broken spring that prevented my garage door from opening, but after his careful and thorough inspection, it was determined that much more was required. In the end I had much of the entire system replaced including the motor and several parts that needed to be updated and replaced. Gafur was fast and efficient and the work was completed quickly. He also helped me set up the system to include guiding me through setting up WiFi access to the garage and creating new passwords for the unit. He was a pleasure. Thank you Pecision for you quick response to my request for help and for sending Gafur. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone needing any garage-related work done professionally and expeditiously.

As for the first visit a week ago, Gafur's weatherstripping work was outstanding. He came in early, took the time necessary to do a perfectionist's job, and this with a friendly smile at all times. I had a question about a paint touch-up kit, which he answered in detail. Great job, fair price, excellent work!

Chose Precision because it was the first thing that came up under local. Like the name, too. Called on a Thursday and came out on Friday. Emails sent to me day before and on day of service were welcoming, friendly and useful. Dave was personable, professional and efficient. Guided me through pricing and when finished showed me the how to’s. I highly recommend Precision.
