This is John Klein in Wilton and I'm happy to say that your Precision Garage Door Service company is one of the most efficient, well-run companies I've had the pleasure of dealing with in a very long time. The appointment was set up clearly and conveniently. The serviceman let me know exactly when he would arrive and kept me informed as to his progress. Upon arrival he quickly identified the problem and solved it within minutes. Something which had bugged me for months was handled in less than half an hour at a very reasonable price.

Mike showed up right on time, shortly after the beginning of the time window we were given. Superb service!! One of my cables and springs broke on a Friday night and I was able to have someone come by the next day to do the repair. Mike was excellent, knowledgeable and courteous and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I’d say that this company is by far one of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with, and would recommend them to anyone!

This is a real and honest review: Your guy, Joshua, was so good. Your company is so good. Same day service. Repaired what was necessary...didn't try to sell me anything. Josh is a super guy. He even set up my app and showed me how to use it. I will use this guy/company for sure if I ever need garage door service. I'm really satisfied.

I used your company before (found you in the yellow pages, I think) and I was beyond happy with the work they did for me--so there was no question that I would be a return customer. This call was to replace the bulbs in the overhead garage door opener--no way was this 75-year-old lady going to get up on a ladder to do it herself! I was thrilled "my" tech showed up again (and fast!)--Jeff Barrales is the best!! Wish I could give him, and your company, ten stars!!! BTW: Your choices of "service performed" and "new product" don't include either of these. Maybe expand the choices???

My garage door would not open and I noticed that overhead spring was broken. This was on a Saturday when this happened and I called the company Precision Overhead Garage Door the receptionist was cordial and scheduled me right away. The technician Mike Kelleher was very prompt, professional, and knowledgeable about the problem and provided me with the necessary information to help resolve it. Loved that we could make an appt on-line and so quickly. Also liked getting updates the day of service, who the service person would be and what they looked like. We had Carlos Ortiz and he was great. Fixed the issues with the spring in no-time. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family.
