A sprocket/gear broke on our 20 year old garage door opener. After discussing options with technician Ryan Murphy we opted to replace vs repair given the age of the unit. He had the new equipment on the truck and completed the installation in under 2 hours which included tuning, stabilizing and adjusting all components of the garage door. Great communication from my initial phone call to completed install. Ryan was fantastic! Highly recommend.

I was more than happy with David B. who came out and fixed both garage doors. I had new doors installed 2 years ago by another company and was never happy with how they were installed. Two years later, doors are having wires snap, doors were off kilter and not shutting completely. I was determined not to call the original installer because his work was substandard. David B. came, saw the problem, fixed it and I was more than satisfied. I’m so glad I called your company and even more glad my garage door problems are over with.

Outstanding service! The coil/spring on one of our garage doors snapped in half. I called and made an appointment and a repair man, David, who was very professional, came out to my house within approximately an hour after my call to do the replacement of the coil and he also replaced the two cables for the door with far more sturdy ones. The service itself took a little over 30 minutes and the results were perfect. I was stunned by how quickly I was able to get someone to come out and do the repairs. In my prior experiences with other garage door repair companies, it has taken several days before I could get an appointment for the repairs. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door. We wanted to replace our Genie garage door openers (that were installed in 1999!) with new Genie garage door openers that had a battery back up and lights, since our old models did not. We found Precision Garage Door of Fairfield County CT on the Genie website and we are absolutely thrilled with how easy and quick it was working with Precision Garage Door of Fairfield County CT. Their communication with the customer is the best I have ever experienced. Gafur was our expert installer. He asked us questions about our concerns, he inspected everything, garage door, springs, and explained what is included in the purchase. Gafur provided options based on our request for light and battery back up feature, and we were very pleased that he was able to begin the installation same day. Once complete, he walked us through everything. We are extremely happy we contacted Precision Garage Door of Fairfield County CT to replace/install new Genie garage door openers, we are also very comfortable now that Gafur did a complete inspection of every component of the garage door, springs, rollers, and provided new outdoor key pads, remotes and indoor opener.
