Appointment booking was easy and they updated me continuously right up to the point of tech arriving at my home. David arrived, thoroughly investigated the problem I was having with my garage door. He provided 3 estimates for repairs + a complete replacement estimate. He didn't over sell or pressure. Once I made a decision he went right to work and had the door fully functional in less than 2 hours while keeping me apprised of the repairs throughout ALL while working in less than favorable weather conditions (IT WAS COLD!) Excellent service and I highly recommend Precision!

Yes I had a great experience with Joshua and Precision.Showed up earlier than scheduled. He explained all of my options and walked me through what the issue was with my door and motor. I decided to have him go ahead and install the new motor option. I'm so happy I did. The price was a bit on the high side of the budget that I had in mind, but the end result was worth it. Joshua was meticulous and installed all of the components with attention to detail. I appreciated that. To also know that I can have Precision as my go to vendor was a nice perk. All in all I would recommend Joshua and Precision!

A sprocket/gear broke on our 20 year old garage door opener. After discussing options with technician Ryan Murphy we opted to replace vs repair given the age of the unit. He had the new equipment on the truck and completed the installation in under 2 hours which included tuning, stabilizing and adjusting all components of the garage door. Great communication from my initial phone call to completed install. Ryan was fantastic! Highly recommend.

But worth pointing out was the technician who serviced the door. His name was Mike Mirzobek. Mike is truly amongst the most professional and pleasant people who have ever worked at my house. I was more than happy with David B. who came out and fixed both garage doors. I had new doors installed 2 years ago by another company and was never happy with how they were installed. Two years later, doors are having wires snap, doors were off kilter and not shutting completely. I was determined not to call the original installer because his work was substandard. David B. came, saw the problem, fixed it and I was more than satisfied. I’m so glad I called your company and even more glad my garage door problems are over with.

Outstanding service! The coil/spring on one of our garage doors snapped in half. I called and made an appointment and a repair man, David, who was very professional, came out to my house within approximately an hour after my call to do the replacement of the coil and he also replaced the two cables for the door with far more sturdy ones. The service itself took a little over 30 minutes and the results were perfect. I was stunned by how quickly I was able to get someone to come out and do the repairs. In my prior experiences with other garage door repair companies, it has taken several days before I could get an appointment for the repairs. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door. They are the best!
