Had a recent power outage resulting in garage door failure. Precision came out the next day promptly and as advertised. David Goldstein was the technician. On time, friendly, took time to hear my information, neat and efficient. Solved the problem in short order and, because it was a 'simple' (for him though not for me) solution did not charge me despite my entreaties. This wise business decision has guaranteed Precision a customer for life. This attitude is so rare nowadays in what so often seems to be a 'strip mining' approach to business of short term gain over long term relationship. No negatives from my point of view. 5 star plus service

We originally scheduled for a check up because one of our neighbors had a problem with broken springs. There home is similar in age to ours. Ryan did a complete check up and found that the springs were weakened so we decided to replace them. He did an excellent job and fully tuned up the garage door. 5 stars for Ryan.

From the first contact by phone, the employee was helpful, even friendly, and sounded like she was up the street not in a massive call center owned by private equity somewhere off shore. The technicians were on schedule, prepared, explained their process, diagnosed the issues and provided options for resolutions in a clear and price transparent manner. Appointment booking was easy and they updated me continuously right up to the point of tech arriving at my home. David arrived, thoroughly investigated the problem I was having with my garage door. He provided 3 estimates for repairs + a complete replacement estimate. He didn't over sell or pressure. Once I made a decision he went right to work and had the door fully functional in less than 2 hours while keeping me apprised of the repairs throughout ALL while working in less than favorable weather conditions (IT WAS COLD!)
