The motor on our garage door went during a storm. Unfortunately, it raised the door before it went. The manual release was jammed. We called Precision and put in a service call. It was a Saturday afternoon. (Why do things only go on weekends or holidays?) Carlos got to our house in 20 minutes. He checked it out and said we needed a new motor. He got the release to work so we could close and lock the door. The garage is attached, so leaving it open was not an option. He came back the following week and replaced it in less than an hour. We could not be happier with the service. I'm sure the motor on our other garage door will probably go before too long. I will definitely call them again. Fast and courteous! I would highly reccomend them.

Within a half hour of my email to Precision regarding issues opening and closing the garage door and my signing up for a service call, I recieved a text from Rob the service manager asking for more specifics to expedite fixing the problem. Communication was excellent - confirming the appointment date/time by emails and texts, and advising me the day of the appointment that the technician Carlos would be doing the work. Carlos texted and left a VM of his ETA and arrived punctually. He concisely explained what was needed, provided options, and immediately went to work. He did a fabulous job and the door now opens and closes like new! I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them for any future garage door issues.

Doug, we are very pleased with the prompt response from Precision. Your technician was able to determine the problem in short time and suggested contacting Chamberlain directly to let them know about the failure of the logic board since the unit was manufactured in March of 2021. After reviewing all information requested by the Chamberlain tech, she confirmed the problem and approved the free replacement of the logic board which will take about a week. Thank you again for your quick and generous response.

Josh was very professional, diagnosed our problem and installed a new opener for us in just a couple of hours. He told us our existing motor was burnt out and no longer in production. I read all the reviews on Precision and looked them up on BBB and was extremely happy with what I read. I called and within a couple of hours Joshua called me and told me he was on his way. I have used Precision several times now and they always send the most pleasant and polite service people. This week, Jeffrey Barrales came at 6PM on a Friday--I was informed that he would be running toward the end of my window--and when he arrived he was so pleasant and helpful and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I appreciated his good spirits even at the end of what I'm sure was a long day. I will used Precision again and will recommend them to friends and neighbors.

WE have used Precision before and were always happy and completely please with all aspects of the work. This time we had a broken spring on one door and minor problems with two other doors. Precision reacted quickly and with excellent communications. At the appointed hour, Joshua Giron appeared and with limited space we can say that everything that he did was picture perfect. Precision couldn't have been any better! I scheduled the call to come look at my garage doors early morning and they were at my home the same day. Carlos was incredible! He was so knowledgable, helpful and patient. He assessed the situation and gave me options. Once we made a decision, the doors were fixed the same day. He took the time to explain what he was doing, what was being installed and how to use the system. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone and if you get Carlos Ortiz you are very lucky!

After having used Precision Garage Doors Service some months ago for a different problem and having such a good experience, when a different (unrelated l) problem came up, I contacted them again and once again received quick, courteous, expert servicing of my garage door problem.
