Solved the problem in short order and, because it was a 'simple' (for him though not for me) solution did not charge me despite my entreaties. This wise business decision has guaranteed Precision a customer for life. This attitude is so rare nowadays in what so often seems to be a 'strip mining' approach to business of short term gain over long term relationship. We originally scheduled for a check up because one of our neighbors had a problem with broken springs. There home is similar in age to ours. From the first contact by phone, the employee was helpful, even friendly, and sounded like she was up the street not in a massive call center owned by private equity somewhere off shore.
