I used your company before (found you in the yellow pages, I think) and I was beyond happy with the work they did for me--so there was no question that I would be a return customer. This call was to replace the bulbs in the overhead garage door opener--no way was this 75-year-old lady going to get up on a ladder to do it herself! I was thrilled "my" tech showed up again (and fast!)--Jeff Barrales is the best!! Wish I could give him, and your company, ten stars!!! BTW: Your choices of "service performed" and "new product" don't include either of these. Maybe expand the choices???

My garage door would not open and I noticed that overhead spring was broken. This was on a Saturday when this happened and I called the company Precision Overhead Garage Door the receptionist was cordial and scheduled me right away. The technician Mike Kelleher was very prompt, professional, and knowledgeable about the problem and provided me with the necessary information to help resolve it. He was thorough and my garage door is now quieter than ever before. Thank you everyone for your support.

Loved that we could make an appt on-line and so quickly. Also liked getting updates the day of service, who the service person would be and what they looked like. We had Carlos Ortiz and he was great. Fixed the issues with the spring in no-time. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

I have had Precision garage doors for 10 years and love them. Recently I had a problem (my first) and called for service. They were here the next day. It seems I had knocked a sensor loose, The technician, who called twice before arriving to keep me informed of his arrival time and could not have been friendlier, fixed it and I was never charged for the call or the service. If you need garage doors or to service then, you cannot do better than Precision Overhead Garage Door Service

Jeff from Precision came to service our doors because of a problem with one of them closing, from the installation about 1.5 yrs ago. He came right on time, was very friendly, and quickly addessed and resolved the problem. All under warranty. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Very pleased with the service which I was provided by Josh. I was able to get an appointment which was convenient to me within 24 hours and Josh explained the options I had available to me without being overly pushy. Once we decided on the course the work was quickly and expertly completed. Josh tested my entire system, not just the door he worked on and left the area as clean as it was before hand. Highly recommend this company.

Precision sent a man the very next morning after I called about a concern. Jeff was very professional, quite capable and quite affable.
