I had a great experience with Precision Garage Door Service with an opener install and door tune-up in 2015 and was glad I could find them again when I needed a repair this week. Very pleased with the service which I was provided by Josh. I was able to get an appointment which was convenient to me within 24 hours and Josh explained the options I had available to me without being overly pushy. Once we decided on the course the work was quickly and expertly completed. Josh tested my entire system, not just the door he worked on and left the area as clean as it was before hand. Highly recommend this company.

Charlie provided several thoughtful options to fix my door and took the time to explain everything clearly. He also presented different motor options for upgrading my old garage door motor in the future, giving me valuable information to plan ahead. My experience with garage door precision service was nothing but exceptional from beginning to end. After calling to schedule an appointment I received an email and a text confirming day and time, the following day I received another email telling me who the repair person would be CARLOS, all this was followed by a series of reminder, up to the day of the appointment where I got a text saying Carlos is on its way + a call from Carlos with an est. time of arrival. This is all Just prior to the work done which Carlos did brilliantly, courteous, professional and efficient. I have rarely dealt with such service oriented company, all my respect for the employee training program at this company. Thank you all for making this experience pleasant and fixing the problem.

Carlos evaluated our issue with our keypad and determined that the contacts for the numbers were worn. He was able to quickly replace the keypad and we were back up and working with our garage in about a half hour. Since he arrived at the early in the day the service had zero impact on our schedule. To top it off he was an absolute pleasure to work with.
