Hi, Joshua was my technician today for my repair. He was great! He explained his troubleshooting process in detail and asked for my okay to take that diagnositc/repair route. He discovered that the safety sensors had malfunctioned and replaced them. This for me was the most inexpensive route of repair, so I went with it. However, Josh's straight forward, no nonsense approach has Precision on my radar for any other repairs or replacement I might need. Josh and Precision were a good find for me today.

I love Precision Garage because they’re reliable and very professional. They keep their words and have a great Team work Ethic. Which is Superb. Even the Big Boss and Managers are involved in the process. You do not see that often in any company. I was very happy with the fast work David and Joshua did. Thank you for everything, I really appreciate it. Best, Carline

I chose Precision because of the reviews I read from customers in my service area; they all praised the repairmen and the quality of service received and I agree with all of the reviews. My repairman was professional, polite, knowledgeable, he explained what parts (springs, rollers and cables) were necessary to repair my garage door and gave me a cost breakdown for each part. My garage door works like its brand new!!

Precision was easier to deal with than most service providers. With about three clicks on a menu a person came on line and quickly confirmed the earliest appointment (next morning 10-2pm). Very competent serviceman arrived on time and performed a quick evaluation and cost of service quote. Repair was done fast and effectively, and he explained what he had done and what did not now have to be done. He explained how to align the photo beam which interrupts closing which has been troublesome. First time ever I received a text asking if there is any follow up question or issue. Bravo! As it happens there was a follow up problem and the office caused the serviceman to call me the next morning to deal with the problem. Double Bravo! My only reason to give 4 stars instead of 5 is that the cost was higher than I can rationalize. But such good service deserved a premium price.

Based on your answers, David nailed every aspect of the job—especially his time management, communication, and overall professionalism. Here is a polished, 5-star review tailored to your exact feedback, formatted beautifully to be exactly two paragraphs long and ready for you to copy and paste. --- ### The Final Review I had an outstanding experience with Precision Garage Door Service of Danbury when our garage door spring mechanism suddenly broke. My technician, David Goldstein, demonstrated flawless time management and communication from start to finish. He reached out with an accurate courtesy update when he was en route and arrived exactly within the scheduled time window. Once on-site, David quickly and accurately diagnosed the issue, provided a completely transparent pricing breakdown before touching a single tool, and immediately got to work. His efficiency during the actual repair was remarkably impressive; he worked at a highly efficient pace using solid, reliable replacement parts. Not only is the technical quality of his work top-tier—leaving the garage door operating flawlessly and safely—but David was also incredibly professional and left the entire workspace spotless when he was done. I am completely satisfied with this seamless repair and give David Goldstein and Precision Garage Door Service my highest 5-star recommendation!

Over last weekend, 6/6/2026, our garage door would not stay closed. We called Precision and I was surprised and pleased that a service person came to our house on Sunday 6/7/2026. The gentleman was wonderful, knowledgeable, and professional. Everything was repaired in a timely manner and the cost was reasonable. I would highly recommend this company!

The company is very reliable. From first scheduling to completion the is great communication throughout. I knew when to expect my technician, a note before he arrived and a text as he arrived at my location. He presented all options for repair and there was no pressure to choose the most expensive, it was up to me as the customer. My technician was professional and worked diligently to complete the job as promised. It was an excellent experience, and I would recommend the company.
