Very clear in explaining the job ( a busted spring, with a lot of complications) and while the repair was more expensive than anticipated, it let us save by keeping our old door, and making it more functional. Precision (Gafur specifically) was excellent. He let me know when he would arrive and updated me on his progress. When he arrived he was very personable and professional. My original call was to repair a broken spring that prevented my garage door from opening, but after his careful and thorough inspection, it was determined that much more was required. In the end I had much of the entire system replaced including the motor and several parts that needed to be updated and replaced. Gafur was fast and efficient and the work was completed quickly. He also helped me set up the system to include guiding me through setting up WiFi access to the garage and creating new passwords for the unit. He was a pleasure. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone needing any garage-related work done professionally and expeditiously.
